Form einer Hohlform notwendig, in welche die breiige Faserstoffmasse unter Sog-
bzw. Druckeinwirkung eingefüllt wird. Nach Formung des Filterkorpers erfolgt die
Trocknung und dann die Ausrüstung mit stirnseitigen Abdeckscheiben, die unter Verwendung
geeigneter Klebemittel durchgeführt wird.
Das neue Filterelement kann hierdurch eine solehe Eigenstabilität erhalten, daß es sich erübrigt, wie bei bisher bekannten Filtern aus sternförmig gefalteten Tapierbahnen noch einen äußeren Stützzylinder vorzusehen, der üblicherweise aus gelochter Hartpappe hergestellt wird.The new filter element can thereby achieve such inherent stability obtained that it is unnecessary, as with previously known filters from a star shape folded taping webs to provide an outer support cylinder, which is usually made of perforated hard cardboard.
