alles
noch zu keinem allgemein befriedigenden Resultat geführt. Vor
allen
Dingen scheiterten die bis jetzt durchgeführten. Versuche an

un-
günstiggetroffen ; dass dis Staubluft nicht erfasst werden
könnte.

Description . Dresqhmasohine with built-in Estaubunsanlae
The most unpleasant side effect of a threshing operation is the annoying one. Dust development, apart from the harmful effects that dust has on the threshing machine itself (ball bearings!) As well as on parts of the building, etc., it is the greatest enemy of the human respiratory system and therefore means a serious one
Health hazard for the operating personnel.
To remedy these abuses, dedusting systems are repeated

The invention therefore proposes providing two suction points, one in the threshing machine hood above the shaker and the other under the end of the return floor above the short straw sieve are arranged. The execution of the suction points is expedient
designed in such a way that one tube is placed across the aisle
machine width over the Schättler respectively. Short straw sieve with
existing suction slots is provided. The suction pipes are experienced

so that the same '
There is suction. Dust cloths must be hung up in front of the suction pipes;
thus the amount of dust caused by the drum, shaker and 2 * wind

As can be seen from Fig. 1, a fan (1) is arranged on the hood 00) in front of the gallery (12) of the threshing machine (2). At the machine head, the transition from the threshing machine to the straw press (3) (built-in or mobile) is covered by a flap (5) suspended from hinges (4). The suction pipes (6) and (7) are with their suction slots (8) on the one hand over the shaker (11), on the other hand over the Short straw sieve (14) below the return floor (9) across the
arranged on the machine and are on the side of the machine frame
one behind the other by means of an intermediate pipe. Slide dust
cloths (13) prevent dust air from escaping from the machine /
inside before it is captured by the suction points and guaranteed
A dust-free threshing operation even if the straw press is not installed
The flap (16) allows a corresponding setting of the strong in
the two suction pipes. Q
Fig. 2 shows the parallel connection of the two suction pipes .. The fan
(In this case 1 'is under the lower' longitudinal beam of the threshing machine
(2) arranged next to the sieve box (15). Everything else is as in
Fig. 1t with the one difference that the suction pipes are kept parallel
and that with a flap (16) the suction in the individual
tubes can also be regulated as required.
