Die Neuerung betiff ein Anordnung sm Sehmieren eines
Pleu, ellagerop insbesondere fl : ir Zweitakt-
motoren und für schleudergeßchmierte Motoren.
Bei gemisch-oder zehleudergeschmierten Motoren bildete die
DurehschmierungdesPleellageFgbiaheFeinoerhebliche
Schwierigiseita Der Schmierstoff wurde an des'Pleuellager-
laufbahnungleichmäßig vertilt, fernerhin wurden die Zwi-
sohenräumezwiaehen KSpfw@lle und Lagerauge oft von Olrück-
atänden verstopft, so daß die Bewegung des Öles von außen
nach innen behindert wurde. Die Folge war daß das Pleuel-
lager häufig wegen nm Fjeaosen kam.
Es sind Ausführungen bekannt geworden di@ Umfangehlitze
an dem großen Pleuelauge vorsaheuo Diese UmfangAohlitze hatten
den Zw@ek das Öl (bzw. bei Gemischsehmienng d@n Oldns)
aufzufangen und über die Mager-Rollen an die Seitenfläahen
des Pleuelauges absuleiten. Jedoch diese Maß-
nahnie keine siehere Ölzufuhr zu den Seitenflächen de Pleuels,
weil das öl weitgehend wieder abgept wude.
Die vorliegende Neuerung hat zum Ziel den oben beschriebenen
Übelstnd su beseitigen, indem eine mmteroehene Ölbowegung
von außen nach innen md Ton innn naeh außen gewährleistet
wird. n diesem Zw@ek sid an den ringfosigen Seitonwänden
des Pleuelauges eine oder mehrere tasehenfSratige Aussparungen
derart angeordnet) daß die Öffnungen jedes ? Tashe an der
Bohrung des Pleelauges einmümdes, während'des"Sa. sehenboden
sich zwischen Bohrung und Umfang des Pleuolsugea befindet.
Diese konieeh auslaufenden Taschen dienen sF Sehmiereil-
bildung zwioehen Wange und Sie erhalten
das Öl von dea. Rollen also von innen her. Eine dieser Ta-
sehen kann in der Verlängerung des r. Lauelsteses angeoedust
werden in diesem Fall weist die betreffende Saehe keinen
Boden aufg sondern mthmdet an der Anoaparmg des Pleuelsteges
ein. In diesem Fall dient die Tasche der Ölzufuhr von außen
nach innen. Die Neuerung wird vorzugaweios in Verbindung mit
sonst bekannten Umfangsehliisen verwendet.

Die Pleuelstange D weist ein unteres Pleulauge 2 auf, in
dessenBehKimg 3 die KrSpfwolle (nicht gezeiehnet) angeordnet
ist.Bie singf8Kmig@ Seitenwand des Pleuelauges 2 besitst
eine tasehenförmige AussParung 4, die zwischen der Bohrung

- imd dorn Umfang des Plela-gea 2 endet und deren Tiefe von
hieraus bis zur Bohmmg zuni-mmt. Die größte
Tiefe dieser Aussparung beträgt wenige Zehntelmillimeter ;
die Bzeite der Ausapavung liegt swischen drei und zehn Milli-
meter. Als Abänderung des Asführnmgsb@ispi@ls ist eine ähn-
liche Aussparung 5 zwischen der Bohrmg 3 und der Aussparung
6 des Pleualsteges angebracht. Diese a. sehenförmige Aussparung
besitzt keinen Tasehenbödon ? sondem esteokt sich mit der
tieferen Öffnung anfangend von &e Bohrung 3 bis sur Aus-
sparung 69 bei deren Einmündung die taschenförmige Ausaparung
5 ihre flache Öffnung aufweiat.
