Luftbeaufschlagter Kondensator mit kondensatorischer und dephlegmatorischer
Niederschlagung der Brüden. Air-loaded condenser with condenser and dephlegmator
Suppression of the vapors.
Air-loaded condensers for condensing vapors, the one
have high stick or fixed point are known. To prevent falling below
of the stick or fixed point is a very sensitive one in these known systems
Regulation and control air circuit required, which makes the system more expensive.
The above innovation now brings an air-loaded condenser in which
a simple regulation of the air flow is sufficient and the security still exists
is that the stick or fixed point is not fallen below during the condensation
and continuous work is guaranteed. The capacitor consists of
Elements that have finned or lamellar tube bundles, which inside from the to
condensing vapors or vapors are flowed through and the outside of the air
be charged. The vapors reach a collection chamber, from where they are
they are distributed over the individual cooling tubes in such a way that the vapor stream and the
The condensate flows downwards in cocurrent and is collected in a collecting chamber
will. This collecting chamber also serves as a deflection chamber for the non-condensed ones
Vapors. From this collection chamber, more finned tube bundles go parallel to the
Condenser tube bundles go up and are in a common chamber for inert gases
summarized. The non-condensed vapors now rise into this 2nd bundle of cooling tubes
upwards and the condensate flows in the opposite direction due to its own gravity
this vapor stream down.
The arrangement is made so that the cooling air flow first the condenser
Part flows around, is warmed up and then the second dephlegmatory part
flows around, the residual vapors precipitate and at the same time cools the inert gases. Of the
The advantage of this arrangement is that it is reflected in the dephlegmatory part

According to the innovation, the cooling surface of the condenser part is against the cooling surface
of the dephlegmatory part so tuned that in the condenser part only one
Part of the vapors can be precipitated, which never causes hypothermia

directs this condensate into the collecting line. In the dephlegmatory part takes place

as far as possible to deposit and to subcool the inert gases, thereby relieving the burden

that there is a different thermal expansion in the pipes without material tension

On the drawing, a capacitor element is shown in Fig. 1,

2, which are connected to the chamber floor by welding, soldering or rolling,
guided and cooled by the cooling air flowing past from the outside and partly knocked down.

The tubes 2 are with the collecting chamber 3 in the same way as with
connected to chamber 1. Chamber 3 also serves as a condensate collection chamber
and as a deflection chamber for the non-condensed vapors. The cooling tubes 4 are again
in a similar way as the tubes 2 are connected to the collecting chamber 3 and exist

aspirated by the unrecorded vacuum pump. The vapors become the
individual elements fed through a common line 9 and evenly distributed.
The motor-driven, controllable fan 10 ensures a uniform application of air
of the elements, which are arranged in such a way that the cooling flow passes through the condenser tubes first
and the heated air flow flows around the downstream, dephlegmatory tubes.
