SeSchreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention

Der Metallfolienheizleiter wird auf einerThe aim of the invention is to make electrical underfloor heating possible without major reconstruction and tearing open the floor at relatively low cost and to avoid the disadvantage of long heating. Underfloor heating systems are known which contain a pipe system in the concrete or in the intermediate floors. The disadvantages of these methods lie in the high acquisition costs and the long heating-up time as well as in the difficulties of subsequent linbauens There are also so-called heated carpets or carpet underlays, but they are very expensive- * There are also bare metal sheets, strips or sheets directly on the floor Grid known. These methods have the disadvantage that the floor is not level, the heating conductors are stepped on and the laying is often associated with great difficulties because of the attachment; also i st '■ ■: the possibility of a short circuit not excluded. The advantage of underfloor heating lies in the pleasant warmth rising from the bottom, the total removal and in its economic efficiency. Since there is already underfloor heating, there is no need to go into the individual advantages over other heating systems. The technical task is therefore to lower the high purchase costs and to enable them to be used without major modifications. The invention is limited to heating the floor covering. The entire area is used to heat the floor covering. This is done by means of a metal foil heating conductor 1 (e.g. aluminum foil), which, like a capacitor, is covered on both sides with capacitor or oil paper or similar. is enveloped. The metal foil heating conductor is on a

Top surface 2 (e.g. floor board) that sits on floor 3, laid by means of glue or adhesive strips by single or double folds on the top surface.

To protect against damage, it is also possible to apply a cover layer 4. Only then is the actual floor covering 5 (stragula, linoleum, etc.) laid. The metal foil heating conductor is dimensioned for low voltage. However, if there are no concerns about using normal voltage (e.g. 220 V) in the following version (Fig.2), it is more economical to work with this, as the expensive transformer is no longer required. The metal foil heating conductor (again with the same cover) is encased at the top and bottom by a sheet metal or foil cover layer 6 covering the entire surface, which serves as a protective earth and thus eliminates any danger. The surface load is kept low (eg 200-350 watts / m 2 floor area). The metal foil heater is simply bent over the entire surface once or several times.

When bending after 7, the corners are heated a little more, vvasaber "bsi der-geriztgen-.ÖferiMcher / Delasirung: not critical is. Since the metal foil heating conductor has a very small cross-section, it acts as a fuse in the event of an overload. This takes place in that the heating conductor burns at the point without a major fire heart to cause · The calculation of the design is performed according to the Ohm's law 1, as well as the surface load and the available film thickness as well as their conductivity ·

The underfloor heating is for use in grocery stores, as well as apartments are equally suitable. But especially wherever there is no place in the Room may have a higher temperature than e.g. «30 0 or none Sparks may occur.

The main advance is the ease of assembly and the cheap production and quick heating *
