sagen. Beide Wege werden mit Erfolg beschritten. Die Erfindung geht von der Glimmschutzhülse
aus Widerstandsmaterial aus.Conductor arrangement for electrical machines The behavior of a conductor
an electrical machine in the slot has to be considered from two points of view,
namely electrical and mechanical. The ladder is not an ideally smooth body, but rather
shows, especially in the shape of the bars, numerous places of very small size
Radius of curvature at which under the effect of the groove transverse field an excessive
Line density arises, which lead to the breakthrough of the air and damage the insulation
can. It is therefore an important task to provide such breakthrough opportunities
avoid. This can be achieved either by using heat-elastic cast resin insulation,
through which one fills the unevenness of the conductor so completely that a breakthrough
can no longer take place through air, or through corona coverings in the form of
Graphite paper or metal layers with high resistance between conductor and insulating sleeve.
Which of the two ways is more favorable cannot yet be determined with certainty
to say. Both paths are being followed with success. The invention is based on the corona protection sleeve
made of resistance material.
so
Zusammenziehung.
The mechanical behavior of the conductor in the slot is determined
the expansion conditions caused by the heating. Ladder, runner travel and
Insulating sleeves have expansion coefficients and time constants that differ greatly from one another,
so
that when the current load changes, the conductor tends to move towards the rotor iron
and above all to advance the insulating sleeve, be it in the stretching or in the
Contraction. The conductor "works" inside the insulating sleeve. The consequence
of these are the. Repeatedly observed destruction of the inner sleeve wall. This one
One has tried to eliminate the problem by not using the insulating sleeve
glued to the conductor, but put a sliding insert between the conductor and the sleeve,
in the form of paraffin paper or wax paper, or by. man the head
smeared with graphite or paraffin before applying the insulating sleeve. However, that continues
a completely smooth surface of the conductor, which can only be achieved by careful
and create time-consuming preparation. Nevertheless, the success remains uncertain,
because such, less firm intermediate layers are the continuous work of the conductor
wear slightly in the insulating sleeve.
Metallhülse soll also mehrere Bedingungen erfüllen.
Leiter keine Differenzdehnungen entstehen.
The invention deals with the behavior of the conductor in the groove both
in the direction of its mechanical as well as its electrical behavior and indicates
on the conductor a sheath in the form of a dimensionally stable sleeve made of a resistance material
to apply the same thermal expansion as the conductor and to connect firmly to it
and then slide the conductor and the sleeve as a whole in the insulating sleeve. These
Metal sleeve should therefore meet several conditions. It should be made of resistance material
exist; This is important with regard to the corona protection: Because it is only intended for
Serve equipotential bonding, but do not lead currents themselves, otherwise they are too
would heat up strongly. It should continue to be dimensionally stable, d. i.e., it shouldn't be one
be thin film, but have such a large wall thickness that they also after the
Applying the insulating sleeve maintains its smooth surface, even if the
The surface of the conductor lying in it is not completely smooth. She should - with that
The ladder should be firmly connected in order to form a whole with it. Essentially, it should
have the same coefficient of expansion as the ladder, so between her and the
Ladder no differential expansion occurs. After all, she should, and that's im
Result the most important thing to be slidable together with the conductor in the insulating sleeve,
or in other words, the anti-skid sleeve should not be glued to the insulating sleeve
be. That is the key point. Now lies on the inner wall of the insulating sleeve
no longer a conductor with an uneven surface, but a smooth metal sleeve,
which together with the conductor - participates in its thermal expansion. The mutual
Movement between the insulating sleeve and the conductor is now in two smooth surfaces, in
the smooth inner wall of the insulating sleeve and the smooth outer wall of the conductor structure.
But this eliminates the risk that the relative movement of the conductor with respect to
the insulating sleeve could lead to its damage.
Fig.

Isolierhülse eingreift. Fig.2 zeigt, ebenfalls wieder in übertriebenem Maßstab;

glatten Innenwand der Isolierhülse I anliegt. Da zwei glatte Flächen aufeinandergleiten,
sind Beschädigungen nicht mehr möglich. The invention will be briefly explained again with reference to the figures. Fig.

smooth inner wall of the insulating sleeve I. Since two smooth surfaces slide on each other,
damage is no longer possible.

The structure of a conductor according to the invention is then fundamentally
as Fig.3 shows. I is the outer Mika sleeve, 2 is the one made up of individual conductors
