Hoohflexible Litze für elektrische LeitungenHighly flexible stranded wire for electrical cables
In the assembly line, laughing at Wandert, machine tools and in similar cases electrical devices (welding, soldering, testing devices, electromagnets) are used, their electrical Supply lines sometimes experience many thousands of bends within one work shift. This unusual stress, such as it rarely occurs in other areas of technology, necessitates one very rapid wear of the cables and therefore a service life of often only a few weeks or months. Investigations have shown that the rapid wear and tear of the lines is essentially due to wire stock in the Zupferlitze. The strands usually consist of concentrically stranded wires or wire groups (partial strands), one occurs at every bend in the cable use slight displacement of the wires or wire groups against each other, the stranding layers constantly drag against each other at the points of friction until there is a complete bruise of wires. But once the Bruoh has a single one Wires started, the line quickly becomes unusable. The wear of the stranded wires is accelerated even more, if additional force field effects also occur in the line, for example spot welding devices are usually used in car body construction used in which in immediate succession a greater number of current surges with thousands of amperes are operating appear massive. The extraordinarily large force field impact effects, which are already visible on the outside of the line, naturally also have an abrupt effect on the wire layers of the Cable strands off.
Based on this knowledge, the innovation assumes
Dieses Polstermaterial darf nicht fasernd sein und muß außerdem noch fäulnis— und verrottungsfest sein, da die Leiterlitzen wegen der hohen Belastungsstromstärken oft wassergekühlt sind·to counteract the wear of the stranded wires by No more metal in the endangered areas can rub on metal, but rather wear-resistant material brings in all intermediate cushions. This upholstery material is allowed not fray and must also be rot-proof and rot-proof because the conductor strands because of the high load currents are often water-cooled
For this purpose, a padding material based on polyamide or Polyurethane or a similar base, or a mixed polymer ζ · Β · Polyvinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride, its high wear and scuff resistance is known as proved particularly beneficial. The material in the form of ribbons or solidly injected monophilic dog threads is e.g. applied as an open helix, but preferably as an open braid or as a sprayed-on film skin over each inner stranding layer; if necessary, however, only a few or all Telllitzen with this polyamide or polyurethane padding provided and then stranded together. In the case of water-cooled lines, the line is within the cooling water hose divided into several stranded sub-conductors, each sub-conductor also receives this cushion in one of the specified Shapes so that the deforming impacts of the field forces cannot have a detrimental effect.
Further advantageous details of the innovation can be seen from the drawing, in which the innovation is based on three exemplary embodiments explains 1st. The exemplary embodiment is based on one strand for electrical lines, which is made up of a core strand 1 and two overlying layers 2 and 3 of partial strands.
In the embodiment according to Figure 1 is for the core strand 1 an open helix 4 and for the inner layer 2 an open ribbon fleece 5 chosen as a cushion.
Die Abbildung 2 veranschaulicht ein Ausführungebeispiel, bei dem sowohl die Kernlitze 1 als auch die Innere Lage 2 mit einer Filmhaut 6 als Polster umgeben 1st.Figure 2 illustrates an implementation example, in which both the core strand 1 and the inner layer 2 surrounded with a film skin 6 as a cushion 1st.
Die Abbildung 3 zeigt eine weitere Abwandlung der Neuerung, bei der die Kernlitze 1 sowie jede zweite Teillitze der äusseren Lage 3 ohne Polster oder Zwischenlagen sind, während alle Seillitzen der inneren Lage 2 und jeweils eine um die andere Teillitze der aus se r en Lage 3 mit einem offenen Geflecht aus monophilen, massiv gespritzten Bundfäden 7 umgeben sind, so dass trota der nur teilweisen Verwendung von Polstermaterial bei den Teillitzen dennoch an keiner Stelle Metall auf Metall reiben kann·Figure 3 shows a further modification of the innovation, in which the core strand 1 and every second strand of the outer layer 3 are without padding or intermediate layers, while all of the strands of the inner layer 2 and one around the other strand of the outer layer 3 are surrounded by an open mesh of monophilic, solidly sprayed bundle threads 7, so that despite the only partial use of cushioning material in the partial strands, metal cannot rub on metal at any point.
As already mentioned, materials of polyamide, Polyurethane or a similar basis or based on copolymers are used
