Diese Erfindung bezieht sich auf Nähmaschinennadeln jener Art, bei welchen behufs Einführung des Fadens zur Seite des Nadelöhrs ein Schlitz vorgesehen ist.

Die Neuerungen liegen in der Gestaltung oder Ausbildung der Teile, welche im nachfolgenden beschrieben sind. Das Nadelöhr c ist etwas länger wie gewöhnlich und das obere und untere Ende desselben sind nur sehr wenig an den Ecken abgerundet (Fig. 1). Die untere, durch Anbringung des Schlitzes s gebildete Zunge f ist ebenfalls nur sehr wenig an den Ecken abgerundet, während die obere Zunge e parabolisch ist (Fig. 1).
