Description

Against missiles or other sudden stress resistant of several plastic layers listed built Panzerun &. 8s are already known to be multilayered armor against projectiles or other sudden loads. They consist, for example, of a combination of laminates in which glass fiber reinforced plastics are used as an inner or outer shell in combination with a further synthetic material, with an inner layer consisting of a fabric with a special structure .

AMere multi-layer armor panels contain plastic plates in combination with bonded layers of fabric, e.g. made of polyamide. In the known multi-layer composite structures should mostly the kinetic energy of the projectile in a outer layer are largely destroyed. There is also a corresponding layer thickness required, so this outer Layer is relatively poorly flexible. The present invention has for its object to be a relatively thin-walled, flexible, metal-free armor to produce from a Behrechichtkombination which one has increased dielectric strength. According to the invention this object is achieved in that the Multi-layer combination of a stepped layer of fiberglass increased hatred of art, a wide layer to the right of la n inat and a third layer of synthetic fiber reinforced Imminat exists. The glass fiber reinforced Inge is used in a known manner Way as a solid outer surface, with only part of the kinetic Energy in the event of shock or sudden loads in this Layer is destroyed. The glazing cluster ensures that the z. B. force transmitted by a projectile in this layer is distributed over a larger area. In the third, off Kunat fiber reinforcement layer, which is a very has high impact strength, the residual energy is shaping work and thereby a breakthrough in the entire teaching shift combination prevented. As an example, the attached illustration shows a multi-layer panssrung has been shown. The nehrechichtige armor contains an outer glass fabric 8ahichtstoff 1, whose individual Ingen made of glass fabric with a Wpozidbarsbindes are connected. The inner layer 2 consists of a “Giasschuppenlaniaat”, which is medium is glued, and the layer 3 of the. Panzer M is out a synthetic resin reinforced with synthetic fiber fabric built up. The äpOZid glass fabric gives a test exterior layer. That 8ahuppenlasinat causes the distribution of the attacking force IL equals a greater and higher impact strength which is supposed to be reinforced with synthetic farmers prevent a breakthrough of the said Zaainates The armoring is not influenced magnetically - for example. locatable and can for the thermosetting of electromagnetic waves by choice the wall thickness and the composition of the layer material adapted to speak. Depending on the requirements to be If necessary, the armor can be made from several layer packages can be built up. As a binder for the individual I soinatschichten and for the The combination of the entire teaching shift combination has particularly advantageous »po: idharze proven. To adapt to certain requirements can also determine other suitable ones per se Known Bindeoittelkoabinationen, preferably from curable Synthetic resins are used.
