Die Halterstange α ist an dem Handgriff b durch Schrauben c befestigt in der Weise, daß zwischen beiden eine Stellplatte d drehbar gelagert ist. Die Halterstange ist hohl und besitzt am oberen Ende einen Ausschnitt a¹, welcher zur Aufnahme des Klemmbügels f dient. Der letztere besitzt zu diesem Zwecke eine entsprechende Verstärkung f¹, welche ein seitliches Herausgleiten verhütet, und ist mit seinem unteren Ende an einen Schaft oder Zapfen g mittels eines Gelenkes angeschlossen. Dieser letztere ist in dem Griff b des Zeitungshalters gelagert und besitzt einen Stift g^l, der in einer Längsnut h^l des Griffes geführt wird, so daß nur eine Verschiebung des Schaftes g in der Längsrichtung erfolgen kann.
