Electromagnetic contactor The invention relates to an electromechanical contactor with fixed contact pieces arranged in a base and a magnet system inserted into an actuating assembly that is divided parallel to the mounting plane, where C> a bracket attached to the lifting armature engages with a contact bridge unlocking device. In the case of electromagnetic contactors with a base and actuation assembly, it has proven to be advantageous to divide the actuation assembly again parallel to the mounting plane in order to provide easy access to the measurement and net system and the power transmission elements Cover hood. For contactors of this type, only one unsatisfactory solution for armature guidance has been found so far. However, precise guidance is essential for proper functioning and mechanical service life of the device. The pole faces of the magnet are more spared, the larger the impact area. Tilting leads to uneven, uniform stress on the pole faces and causes armature bouncing, which affects the switching capacity. The aim is therefore to guide the lifting armature in such a way that the pole faces lie exactly on top of one another - (]. It come to rest "An arrangement is known in which a specially designed coil body takes over the guidance significant shortcomings. the coil is in direct contact with a movable bracket and 'is thus 11 9 there can aufteeten by the vibrations wire breaks Found ährde. may further through the, coil heating -the guide on Spulankörper pucker such that a precise guidance not the coil can only be replaced by loosening two screws with which the coil must be attached to a base plate. The object of the invention is to create a contactor whose coil has a high Lifetime possesses and is easily exchangeable, whereby at the same time its lifting armature is particularly advantageous The solution to the problem provides that the coil body is fixed by means of ribs formed in the upper part of the actuation assembly, recesses are provided in the upper and lower parts for guiding the bracket and the base, upper and lower part are connected by common screws. After loosening the screws, the upper and lower parts of the actuation assembly are held together by captive spring clips.
The division of the actuation assembly near the pole face requires the
smallest number of fastening elements with high mechanical strength.
The upper part not only serves as a protective hood but also enables one
precise definition of the coil as well as an exact guidance of the bracket and thus the lifting armature.
furthermore
the back stop of the lifting armature takes place at the top in the upper part. Since the Bügol in the upper
and lower part of Bet '- * tigun, -sb # lugruPPG is a much larger one
Training area and a less expensive tour possible than with a tour
can be achieved on the bobbin. At the same time there will be a destruction of the coil wires
by explanation and a delay in the guidance in the coil body due to the coil heat
avoided. The coil is easy to change. Due to the division according to the invention
a simple technology in terms of die design is achieved
and the assembly is much easier.
