Description

Process for the production of asbestos-cement pipes The invention relates- focuses on a process for the manufacture of asbestos-cement pipes. It is known to be Beijon pipes to be provided with linings that either increase the strength and thus the service life increase the concrete pipes and / or reduce the friction losses within the pipe should. For this purpose, sheet metal or plastic foils have already been placed in the concrete casing in which the space between the detonation jacket and the plastic pipe was subsequently poured with mortar or another similar Otoff that at the same time should slit against AllCerung. The disadvantage turned out to be that the pipes lined in this way - mostly spun concrete - have great weights and are unsuitable for many purposes and too expensive.

The object of the invention was to create an asbestos cement pipe that is protected against corrosive media, very low abrasion, small friction losses and has a low weight with sufficient strength and is therefore easy to transport is., but can also be produced cheaply as a mass-produced item.

The object was achieved in that an asbestos-cement fleece is wound onto a plastic pipe core up to the desired wall thickness of the asbestos-cement pipe to be produced and the plastic pipe core remains in the asbestos-cement pipe. A support core can be used during manufacture, especially with thin-walled plastic pipes. Before the asbestos-cement fleece is wound up, the plastic pipe core is particularly advantageously provided with a rough layer consisting of an adhesive enriched with inorganic substances. In a further embodiment and the invention, the ends of the plastic pipe core left exposed during the winding up of the asbestos-cement fleece are bent around the asbestos-cement pipe ends after heating in a collar-shaped or flange-like manner. In the drawings, the process steps are shown schematically, namely Fig. 1 shows the plastic tube core rotatably clamped in a device, which is wrapped with asbestos cement tape "-Fig.2 a section through an asbestos cement tube, the plastic tube core end is bent to a flange, Fig .3 shows a section begins by Asoestzementrohr, the plastic pipe end is bent over to form a collar. the process for the manufacture of asbestos cement pipes, as Figure 1 shows, with the Einspanne.n of the plastic tube core 1 in the Einspanpvorrichtung 2, which is driven at 3. the Asbestzementvlie s 4 is wound on the Kunstatoffrohrkern 1, which would previously provided with a F.'auhschicht to the desired wall thickness is 5. After heating the free Kunatstoffrohrkernenden 6 they are "as 2 shows" as a flange 7 or, as shown in FIG. _3 shows as a collar 8 or 9 bent over.
