Den egenatand der Erfindung bildet eine Herdringschleif-
maschine,
Bei den früheren Herdringschleifmaachinen erfolgte die hin-
und hergehende Seegong gea rotierenden Schleifsteines sowie
das Andrücken des Berdringhalters gegen den Schleifstein von
Rand. Diese Bedienangswe&e war umständlich und gefährlich,
da der Schleifdmck nur gei ! üilssSssig eingestellt wurde und
bei ungleichmässig erzeugtem Schleifdrack die Singe leicht
aus dem Halter heraussprangen.
BrfindungsgejBass wird eine Nerdringschleifataschine derart
ausgebildet, dass sowohl die hin-und hergehende-Bewegung des
Schleifsteins wie die Bewegung des Herdringhalters maschinell
durchgeführt wird. Ebenso wird erfindongsgemass der durch
Anheben des Schleiftisches eingestellte Schleitdruck maschi-
nell mit Hilfe einer zur Hoheaverstellung dienenden Spindel
derart bewirkt, dass auf der ganzen Platte ein gleit piger
Schleifdruck erzeugt wird.
Zweckmässig kann der automatische Antrieb der hin-und herge-
hemden ewegong dea Schleifsteins sowie der. Bewegung des Herd-
ringhalters von einem Motor, z. B. einem Slektromotor
als gemeineamen Antrieb aus, sowie mit Sitte beliebiger
Obersetzungen, z. B. Xegel-und Stimradübersetzungen,
erfolgen »
Ein Vorteil des maschinellen Antriebs und des automatischen
Arbeitens des Schleifsteins liegt darin, dass der Vorschub
des Schleifsteins nur gleichBäasig erfolgt, also von der Ge-
schicklichkeit des Arbeiter nicht abhängt, so dass in
jedem Fall ein besonders gleichmassiger Schliff der be-
arbeiteten Serdringe erzielt wird.
In der beiliegenßen Zeichnung ist eine der
Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäss gestaltete Herdringschlei
maschine, teilweise in Seitenansicht, teilweise im Schnitt.
Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss zu Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 veranschaulicht den zur Hin-und Herbewegang des
Schleifblocks dienenden Exzenter.
Im einzelnen bezeichnet das Bezugszeichen 1 das Gehäuse der
Naschine, auf das die Führung 2 für den Schlitten 3 des
Schleifmotors 4 aufgeschraubt ist. Der Schleiftaotor kann
an einem oder beiden Enden seiner Welle mit einem Schleif-
stein 56 versehen sein. Me rotierenden Schleifsteine sind
in bekannter Weise in Schutzgehäusen 78 angeordnet.
Die Sin-und Rerbewegong des Schleifblocks 4 wird von einem
zweiten Motor 9 aus mit Hilfe geeigneter Ubersetzungen. z.

sot20 die Kohlwelle 21 dea erdringhalters 22 angetrieben.
Durch die Hohlwelle 21 ist von den Kontakten 23, 24 aus eine
Stromzuführung 25, 26 an einem Aufspannmagneten 27 gefuhrt.

in den Herdringsatz eingesetzte, geschlossene Rundplatte,
auf dem Halter 22 während der Bearbeitung festgehalten wird.
Der Herdringhalter 22 lässt sich in folgender Weise in seiner
Hohe verstellen und z. B. Schleifscheiben verschiednenen Durch-
messers anpassen oder bei Abnutzung der Schleifscheibe dieser
angleichen.
Die Hohlwelle 21 ist in ihrem mittleren, unterhalb des Ka-
gellagers 29 liegenden Teil mit einer Büchse 3o verehhen,
die mit Aussengewinde 31 ausgebildet ist. Das untere Ende
der Büchse stützt sich auf einer Feder 32 ab, die gleich-
zeitig eine elastische Berührung zwischen Schleifscheibe und
Werkstück darstellt. Bas untere Ende der J'eder 32 ruht
auf dem Kegelrad 2o auf. Die Hohenverstellung der Hohlwelle
21 erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Handrades 34.
Zweckmässig kann die des Uezüringhalters 22 gegen-
über dem Gehäuse 35 der Einstellvorrichtung dicht abgeschloss
sein, z. B. in der Weise, dass die Umrandung 36 in eine Sinut
37 des Îehãues 35 eintaucht.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung kann mannigfach im Rahmen der
wesentlichen bedanken abgeändert und ausgestaltet werden.
Insbesondere kann die Anordnung der Antriebsmotore für die
hin-and hergehende Belegung der Schleifscheiben, sowie fSr
die Umdrehung der Herdringhalter in verschiedener Weise vor-
genommen werden. Ebenso können die ObersetatangsgUeder in
beliebiger Weise ausgebildet werden* Auch kann die zur Sehen-
verstellung der Rerdringhalter dienende Vorrichtung mannig-
fach konstruktiv abgeändert werden.
Tür die Erzeugung der hin-und hergehenden Bewegung dea
Schleifbocka wie fSr den Antrieb der rotierenden Serdringhal-
ter werden z eekmässig wegen der verschiedenen Geschwindig-
keiten dieser Bewegtmgen getrennte Antriebsmotore verwandt.
