Arrangement and design of the rolling stock moving for steering between the feed-in table used for the work rolls of rolling mills. To steer rolling stock, z. B. rolled strips,

Infeed tables use the between the roll stands
is pulled through into the nip.
These guide tables must be arranged in such a way that
they can be brought out to the area of the stand when performing a work roll change or when performing other work on the roll stand. For this purpose, the tables were either removed before each roll change or lifted over the adjoining part of the Salzgutbahn using a parallelogram guide. While the first-mentioned construction required time-consuming installation and dismantling, the second form is not for use in strip rolling mills suitable because there are constructive, unavoidable gaps
result in the movement path of the rolling stock.

ner is movable in the longitudinal direction and from its position of use out completely or partially under the inlet path which it connects-or. can be moved from this position into the working position. This can be done by means of fogging arranged under the infeed table to which the infeed table is hinged. The pistons acted upon by a lever motor or by means of a pressure medium can be swiveled back and forth in order to move the guide table out of or into the working position. Advantageously, the guide table, as provided by the invention, is made from parts that are articulated to one another, of which the parts facing away from the rollers when pushed back Bend the table down from its position of use
and push yourself under the inlet faucet while the
the other part (or the front parts) in a horizontal position

Window area of the roll stand is moved out. These

erfolgen. So besteht z.
With 21 and 22, in the working position of the guide table with wedge action, one-pushing stops are designated, of which the first-mentioned is arranged on the sliding body 27 and the second is fixedly arranged. By sliding the two stops together like a wedge, the Guide table 56 fixed in its position of use. Never

Support rest for the mentioned part of the guide table is used. If this is to be withdrawn from its working position, the piston is moved back and the lever 14 to the left by means of pressurized water inlet into the cylinder 16 at 28. During the retraction of the guide table that is taking place, the part 6 rotates downwards by 4 and is moved into the intended end position by the rollers 11 in accordance with the course of the guide surfaces 13. To bring the guide table back into the position of use, all that is required is to reverse the piston 17 by admitting pressurized water into the channel 29. The wedge stops 21 and 22 come into engagement and fix the insertion table in the position of use. The implementation concept on which the invention is based can also be implemented in other types of construction. So there is z. B. the possibility of one-piece design of the insertion table after lowering the rear end of the same at-. 24 from the area of the connecting track (roller conveyor 23) the guide table - in the direction of the resulting Lean? To push back. Also the drive mechanism
for the infeed table, which in the exemplary embodiment consists of pivot levers, pressurized water cylinders and connecting rods, can be different. Finally, there is also the possibility of forming the guide table from two parts that remain separate from one another, e.g. B. so that part 6. is lifted or lowered from its position of use, and then the part 5 is moved horizontally. Even if the design according to the exemplary embodiment is particularly advantageous from an operational point of view, other forms are of course also possible.
