"Mehrpolige Steckerkupplung Die Erfindung hat eine mehrpolige,
aus einem die Steckerbüchsen enthaltenden Kupplungsgehäuse und einem Stecker bestehende
elektrische Steckerkupplung, insbesondere mit Randerdung, zum Gegenstand; sie ist
von besonderem Interesse für Steckerkupplungen aus elastischem Material, z.B. Vollgummi,
die überall dort angewendet werden, wo schwierige Bedingungen vorherrschen, z.B.
Baustellen im Tiefbau. Die Anforderungen, die an Kupplungen gestellt werden, sind
in erster Linie ein sicherer Kontakt zwischen Steckerbü chsen und Steckerstiften,
eine schwere Lösbarkeit der Kupplung, um eine ungewollte Trennung von Stecker und
Kupplungsgehäuse zu verhindern, und eine gute Abdichtung an der Trennaht von Stecker
und Kupplungsgehäuse, um das Eindringen von Schriutz zu vermeiden. Ein besonders
dringender ,Junsch, der jedoch schwer zu verwirklichen ist, ist der, auch das Eindringen
von Feuchtigkeit in die Kupplungsteile auszuschließen. Das Problem des Verhinderns
einer ungewollten Trennung der Kupplung, des Eindringens von Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit
wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Stecker einen manschettenartigen
über den oberen Teil des Kupplungsgehäuses aufbringbaren, die Trennfuge bzw. Schnappverrastung
vom Kupplungsgehäuse und Stecker, vorzugsweise wasserdicht abdeckenden Ring trägt. Schiebt man die Ringmanschette nach dem Zusammenfügen von
Kupplurigegehäuse"und Stecker mit der SQhnappivulstverrastung
über-den-Kupplungskörper von der Öffnungsseite her auf., so
wirr der obere, mit Hinterpressung umlaufende Verrastungsbund
der Kupplung an einer Aufweitung, die ja; beim Öffnen und
lösen der Steckerverbzndung notwendig ist, gehindert, und so
hält die Verbindung auch bei stärkstem Zug fest.
Die dargelegten Erfindungsgedanken lassen sich auchauf die
Abdeckung der 'Verbindung zwischen dem Unterteil und Oberteil
von Kupplungsgehäusen: bzw. Steckern anwenden. -.
Konsequenterweise ist es zum Verhindern des gindringena von
Feuchtigkeit -t@.nd Wasser durch -die $abeleinführungstzille
nach
einem. weiteren Erfindungsgedanken zu empfehlen, zusätzlich
die Kabel,einführungstülle des Oberteils eines Steckers oder
des Kupplungsgehäuses mit zwei im Abstand hintereinander
