Filtertuch-Befestigung fi Trommelsaugfilter
Die &euerusg bezieht sic auf die Befesti-
gung des Filtertuches an Tromselsaugfiltern.
Bei Tromaelaugfiltern wird das Piltrat in-
folge des im Innern der TroB ! S<8l herrschenden ünterdrucks
durch ein um die TroaI aufgezogenes Piltertuch in das
TrosNelinsere abgesaugt. Der auf em Tuch befindliche
Pilteruches wird is em für die Aba&h&e des Filterku-
chens vorgesehenen Bereich mittels Druckluft von innen
heraus abgeblasen.
FUr die Befestigung des Filtertuches auf
der Trommel sind verschiedene Ausführungen bekannt. Bei-
spielsweise wird die Trommel mit einem nu n
Tuch bespannt, welches sitteis Weichmetall, vorzugsweise
Blei, iß Nutn eingeklemmt wird, die in Längsrichtung
der Trommel vrlaufen. Hierb$i unterliegt das Tuch jedoch
tinem starken Verschleißt rfeil es jeweils im Bereich der
Kuchenabnabme durch das Abblaeen des Filterkuchene einer

großen Beanspruchung ausgesetzt ist Die Folge davon ist,
daß unfiltrjerte Flüssigkeit durch die zerschlissenen
Stellen des Filtertuches in das filtrat eindringt. Das
Tuch süß bei dieser ßefstigangsert häufig nachgespannt
bzw. erneuert werden.
Bei einer andere Abführung'wird das Tuch
auf der Trommel aufgezogen und mit Rund-oder Plachdraht
in Schraubenlinie umwickelt oder es werden rrabtringe in
bestimmten Abständen um das TucL gelegt. Durch <3ie Anlage
des Drahtes gegen das Tuch erleidet dieses jedoch einen
erebichn VorßOieiB. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, da3
der Draht sich bei den bei Heißtiltration auftretenden
Temperaturen von etwa 1000 C so-tark dehnt, daß das Tuch
Falten wirft. Wird der Draht naoge panntt se Kommt es
vor, daß er bei der nachfolgenden Abkühlung reißt. Die
gleichen Nachteile Rachen sich störend bemerkbar, % enn
das aufgezogene Tuch in Ruten an beiden TromleGden mit-
tels Draht befestigt wird. Auch diese Drähte dehnen sich
in der Wärme, so daß das Tuch sich az. einigen Stellen
löst und die unfiltrierte FlUseigkeit an-diesen Stellen
in das Filtrat gelangt. Nachspannen der heiBen Drähte
führt auch in diesem Fall bei der feilenden Abkühlung sum
Reißen.
Demgegenüber ist die nach der vorliegenden Neue-
rung ausgebildete Filtertuch-Befeetigung für Tresßssisaug-
filter dadurch gekennzeichnet, daS das auf der Trommel
aufgezogene Filtertuch durch um die Tromssel gelegte elasti-
sche Ringe, z. B. Sumsiringe gehalto ? : wird. Die Gusmiringe
werden an beiden Trommelenden angelt vorzugsweise in

dort angebrachte Ringnuten, Außerdem knßeß di Guairisge
in bestimmten Abständen um 1e übrige Trommelflãcbe ge-
legt sein. Dabei könner. endlose Gummiringe oder auch ge-
klebte oder anderweitig verbundene Gmmiyiage bzw. Gummi-
bänder Anedsg findeQ. Ebenso knnsn ussibänder in
Schraubenlinie um das aufgesogene Filtertuch gewickelt wer-
den. Verzugs eise wird ein SuKsi von hoher Dehnbarkeit ver-
wendet.
Die ßefestigung durch elastische Ringe edr Bäad@r
bietet den Vorteil, daß das Filtertuch durch dec Druck
der dehnbaren Befestigusgssittel immcr glatt auf der Trom-
mel anliegt und keine Falten wirft. Jede schädliche Bean-
spruchung ds Filtertuchfs durch d&s elastische Befesti-
gungsaittel entfällt. Auch im Bereich der Filterkuchen-
abnahme wird das Tuch durch Gummiringe keiner zum Verschleiß
führenden Beanspruchung unterworfen.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Neuerung
in einem AusfUhrungsbeispiel dargestellt.

Fig. 2 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch die Trommel-
wend in größerem Maßstab.
Auf dem gelochten Trommelmantel 1 ist das Filter-
tuch 3 aufgezogen, dessen seitliche Ränder in den Ring-
nuten 4 der beiden Trommelendes liegen. Sowohl in diesen
Nuten als auch in bestimmten Ab5tänden auf dem Trommelmantel
liegen die schmalen Gummiring 2, welche sur Befestigung des
aufgespannten Tuches dienen.
Die erforderliche ARsahl von Brsatzringen, deren
Anzahl sich aus der Betriebserfahrung ergibt, kann vor der
Montage des Trommelfilters ! Hm dessen feststehende Welle ge-
legt we den.
Anstelle von Gumsi bns auch andere detnbare Be-
festigungseittel, s. B. Federn angeweudet werden.
