IStailfe des Gerätes werden erhebliche Gebrauehsvorteile er-
reicht. Beim Abnehmen des heißen Deckels ist ein Hnfaßlappen entbehrlich.
Nach dem Öffnen des Topfes wird der Deckel nicht weggelegt sondern in Verbindung
mit dem Topf gehalten. Daher ist keine Auflagefläche für den abgenommenen Deckel
erforderlich, und es wird eine Verunreinigung der in der Nähe des Topfes befindlichen
Flächen sowie des Deckels selbst vermieden. Der Deckel kann nicht verlegt oder mit
anderen Deckeln verwechselt werden. Beim Wiederaufsetzen des Deckels wird nicht
