Description

Baumollstoff mit Köperbindung. Die Erfindung betrifft BaNZwollstoffe mit Köperbindung in der Art. wie sie unter dem Naaen'Mantelpopellne* bekannt geworden sind und, insbesondere nach vorhergehender Imprägnierung, zur Herstellung von Mänteln, Jacken u. dgl. verwendet werden. Die Erfindung bezweckt die Herstellung eines Baumwollstoffes, der durch die besondere Art seiner Zusammensetzung und durch seine Webart nur auf der einen Seite den Charakter eines Bauawollstoffes und auf der anderen Seite die Eigenschaften und das Aussehen eines Futterstoffes hat. Ein solcher Stoff hat den Vorteile dass die erwähnten Kleidungsstücke ohne zusätzlichen Futter- Stoff herstellbar sind. Zu diesem Zweck weist der Stoff elfindungsgemäss einen Schuss aus Baumwollgarn und eine Kette aus Reyon (Kunstseide) auf, und um das Baumwollgarn auf der einen, der Futterseite, und das Reyon auf der anderen, der Baumwollseite, praktisch nicht in Erscheinung treten zu lassen, sind folgende Mittel gleichzeitig angewendet : Es wird eine Kette mit einer sehr hohen Fadendichte, nämlich 70 bis 110 Fäden pro Zentimeter, aus feinfädigem Reyon, mit einer Fadenstärke von 100-150 Denier verwendet. Der Schuss hat eine wesentlich niedrigere, aber noch verhältnismässig hohe Fadendichte von 20 bis 30 Fäden/am, aber ein im Verhältnis zur Garnnummer des Reyons sehr starkes Baumwollgarn, dessen Stärke als Einfachgarn gerechnet 20 bis 30 N metrisch beträgt. Ferner wird eine Webart, vorzugsweise 3 hoch-l tief, verwendet, bei der die Baumwolle an sich bereits fast nur auf der einen und die Kunstseide fast nur auf der anderen Seite des Stoffes in Erscheinung tritt. Bei der anzuwendenden Webart wird in an sich bekannter Weise mit einer entsprechenden, den Köpergrad ergebenden Versetzung der oben und untenliegenden Kettfäden von einen zum nächsten Schussfaden gearbeitet, um eine ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit des Gewebes zu erreichen. Die Webart, 3 hoch - 1 tief, bedeutet bekanntlich, dass ein Schussfaden auf der einen Seite des Gewebes nur jeden vierten Kettfaden überdeckt, also praktisch kaum noch auf dieser Seite in Erscheinung tritt.
