FIr Endoskope verwendet man in Längsrichtung dnrsh das
Endoskop zu fahrende flexible OgeratiOMinstrtmente die am
Objektiv-Ende des Endoskopes durch steuerbares Abbi. egen,
z. B.

perhohle hezangeführt werden, so daß maa dajm Schnitte, Excisio-
na& aaw, anter Beobaehtag ansfahraa an. Bei diesen &erät&
ist zwischen Handhabe bzw. Griftausatz und Kopf des. Operations-
instrumentes als Verbindung eine mit den Wiadungeu aneinander
liegende Sehraubeafeder vozgesehea, die eine bestimmte Steifig-
eit besitzen maß, so daß der Durchmesser das Schraubenfeder-
drahtes daher entsprechend stark zu wählen ist. Dies hat jedoch
den Nachteile daB s ch die Feder am Kopfende nar schwer oder
mit größerem Radius durch einea am Objektiv-Ihde im Enüoakop
gelagerten Stea. erhebel z. B. einem Albarran* sehen Hebel,
biegen
läßt, so da£ es nicht oder nur schwierig möglich ist., den
Kopf
des Operationaiustrumutau mit der Schere, Zange., Yzeaaer o,
dgl.
an die zu behandelnde Stelle der Körperhohle heranzufuhren.
Um hier eine Abhilfe zu schaften, wird nach der Neuerung
irorgeachlagen daß die die Handhabe jsit dem Kopf des Operations-
instrnmentes verbindende Sohranbenfoder in zwei oppelte
Schraubenfedernnnterteiltist, Ton denen die am &opf befestigte
Schraubenfeder weicher ist als die an der Handhabe bzw. am
Griff'
aneatz befestigte längere Schraubenfeder.
Durch die stärkere längere Feder am Griffansatz besitzt
das Operationsgerät einerseits die erforderliche Steifigkeit,
aber hat andererseits den Vorteil, daß der Kopf durch die hier
abgreifende weichere Feder mittels eines Steuerhebels mit sehr
viel kleinerem Radius abgebogen werden kann, eo daß hierzu
einerseits nnr eis. geringer Kraftaufwand des Operateurs erfor-

darlieh ist und andererseits der Kof mit Schere, Zange, Messer
o. dgl. anter Beobachtu-n ohne Schwierigkeit an jede beliebige
Stalle der Kör

OperationainatrMmente fr Enäoskope können zwecks Durch-
führung verschiedeuartigew Operationeu am iopfexide mit einer
Schere, Zange einem Messer Löffel o*dgl. versehen werden.
Dieses Kopfende 1, das in Fig. 1 mit einer Schere und in Fig.
2
und 3 mit einer Foxoisionszange dargestellt ist, ist bei den
bekannten geräten nach Fi. nd 2 durch eine Schranbenfeder 2
deren Windungen. eng aneinander liegen, mit dem Griffstück,

einer Handhabe 4 verbunden. Die Sdhraubenfeder 2 umschließt
einen Seilzug 5 darch den die Schere xcis. onaza. age Ot<dgl
mittels der Handhabe 4 geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Die Schraubenfeder 2 muß eine bestimmte Steifißkeit besitzen,
und entsprechend diese Steifigkeit ist der Durchmesser des
Schraabendrahtee zu wählen. Da das Operationsinstrament dorch
das Endoskop hindurchgeführt und am Kopfende umter Beobach-
tung mittels eines Stosa'hebels, z. B. eines Albarraa'schen
Hebels,
an die zu. operierende Stelle mit der Zange herangefshrt werden
mtlß, so ergibt sich aus der Steifigkeit der Schraubenfeder
2,
daß das Abbiegen des Kopfendes durch den Steugxhebel einen
erhob-
lichen Kraftaufwand tax den Opezateur erfordextt wodurch seine
Arbeit unsicher viird und daß der infolge dieser
Steifigkeit der Feder nicht beliebig klein gemacht werdea kam"
wodurch es nicht oder nur unter Schwierigkeiten möglich ist.,
das Kopfende deo Instrumentes an jede beliebige Stelle der
Kerper-
höhle heranzuführen.
Um die vorerwähnten Schwierigkeiten zo. vermeiden ist die
bekannte Schraubenfeder 2 gemäß der Neuerung nach Fig. 3 in
eine
längere steifere Schraubonfeder 2a und eiue veichere Schrauben-
feder 2b unterteilt, so daß einerseits durch die längere stärkere
Schraubenteder 2a die erforderliche Steitigkeit erreicht wird
während durch die weiche Feder 2b die am Kopfstück 1 angreift,
durch den steuerbaren Hebel ein leichtes snd bequemes Abbiegen
mit geringem Kraftaufwand des Operateors möglich ist, wobei.

der Biegungsradius je nach Weichheit sgrd der Feder 2b beliebig
klein gemacht werden kann. Die weichere Feder 2b greift also
mit dem einen Ende an das Kopfstück 1 an und ist mit dem anderen
Ende durch Schweißtmg Lötung odgl< direkt mit der steiferen
Feder 2a verbunden, die am Handgriff 3 befestigt ist. Es ist

Die weichere Federa&g der Bchraeßfeder 2b am Kopf-
stück 1 kann auf versehiedeae Weise erreicht worden, und zwar
dsdroh daß der Drahtdarchmesser der Feder 2b bei gleichem
Material kleiner ist als der DrahtdELrehmesser der Feder 2a
oder
dadurch, daß man für die beidaa Federn 28 und 2b ve. rachiedene
Materialien verwendet, so daß die Feder 2b weicher wird. Unter
Umständen ist es auch möglich, durch voneinander abweichende
Materialbehandlung selbst bei gleichem Rederdrahtdurchmeaser
die Feder 2b weicher auszubilden als die längere Schrau. benfeder
