It has also been found that the compounds of the invention are excellent anti-inflammatory Have an effect. 50 or 100 mg of the test compounds per kilogram were given intraperitoneally male rats (Wister strain) weighing 130 to 180 g. 30 minutes after the These rats and control animals were injected with 0.05 ml of a 1% aqueous solution through the hind paw Carrageenin solution, which causes inflammatory edema, injected subcutaneously. The percentage of the maximum Inhibition of edema as compared to control animals was measured for each test compound. The results are shown in Table 2, from which it can be seen that the compounds of the invention and 1-cyclohexyl-S-yn-butylJ-barbituric acid show stronger anti-inflammatory effects than phenylbutazone.

Finally, it was found that the compounds according to the invention have excellent uricosuric properties Have an effect. As in the report by Br ο d i e s (cf. Soc.Exp.Biol. Medi., Vol. 86, p. 884 [1954]), described, the uricosuric effect is comparable to the ability to retain phenolsulfophthalein in the circulation. The uricosuric effect of the compounds according to the invention was thus determined by their ability to retain phenolsulfophthalein in rabbits' circulatory systems a method by K r e ρ ρ e 1 (cf. Med. exp., Vol. 1, p. 285 [1958]), was measured as follows:
Groups of three adult rabbits (1.9 to 2.4 kg, male) received the test compound intraperitoneally in the amount of 100 mg / kg. Received 15 minutes after injection of test compound each rabbit intravenously phenolsulfophthalein (75 mg / kg, 1.5% solution in 0.9% saline). Blood samples were cardicentesis for 30 minutes, 1 sturide, 2 hours and 3 hours, respectively Taken after the injection of the phenolsulfophthalein. The concentration of phenolsulfophthalein in the blood was ηΐμ at 560 in a Hitachi spectrophotometer (Hitachi Ltd., Tokyo, Japan) and calculated as y / ml blood. The results are listed in Table 3, from which it can be seen that the compounds according to the invention are excellent have uricosuric effects.
