KAISERLICHES PATENTAMT. (Oberschlesien). Um dem Nichtpassen von Gardinenstangen bei Wohnungswechseln, sowie dem Einschlagen und Herausreifsen von Hakennägeln, womit Verletzungen der Tapeten und Wände verbunden sind, entgegenzutreten, haben die Erfinder die auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellten verstellbaren, für jede Stange passenden Gardinenstangen-Halter construirt. Fig. ι zeigt den Längenschnitt, Fig. 2 die Stirnansicht, Fig. 3 den Grundrifs eines solchen Halters. Derselbe besteht aus dem bis an den Bund b in die Mitte des Fensterbogens einzugypsenden Theil a, der entweder zum Festhalten des Gypses ausgesparte Riefen haben oder aus einer Steinschraube bestehen kann. In Verbindung mit diesem Theil ist vor dem Bund der platte, rechteckige Schaft c, auf welchem sich die Hülse d mit der daransitzenden Stirnplatte e schieben läfst, angeordnet. Je nachdem nun die Schweifung der Gardinenstange mehr oder weniger von der Wand entfernt ist, wird die Hülse vor- oder zurückgeschoben und nach richtiger Einstellung durch die Stellschraube f festgestellt. An die Stirnplatte e wird die Gardinenstange mittelst zweier kleiner Schrauben festgeschraubt. Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen im Verticalschnitt und in der Stirnansicht den Schaft c derart mit einer Platte eingerichtet, dafs man ihn durch einfaches Abhängen von dem die Steinschraube ersetzenden Hakennagel g, welcher ebenfalls in die Mitte des Fensterbogens eingeschlagen wird, abnehmen kann. Auf den Schaft wird, wie vorher, die Hülse d geschoben, an deren Stirnplatte vorher die Gardinenstange angeschraubt worden ist. Durch das Loch h kann man noch einen Nagel, welcher zur gröfseren Befestigung der Wandplatte dient, einschlagen. Fig. 6 zeigt die Hülse d doppelt, falls dieses, namentlich bei grofsen Stangen, erforderlich werden sollte, und werden in diesem Falle zwei entsprechende Schaftstücke angewendet. Diese Vorrichtung hat den Vortheil, dafs man bei allen gewöhnlichen Stangen nur ein Loch in die Mitte des Fensterbogens zu machen hat und dafs dieselbe für jede Gardinenstange pafst; sie wird aus Schmiedeisen, schmiedbarem Eisengufs, Holz, Metall oder anderem geeigneten Material angefertigt. In order to counteract the non-fitting of curtain rods when moving house, as well as the hammering in and tearing out of hook nails, with which damage to the wallpaper and walls are connected, the inventors designed the adjustable curtain rod holders shown in the accompanying drawing, suitable for each rod. Fig. 1 shows the longitudinal section, Fig. 2 the front view, Fig. 3 shows the outline of such a holder. It consists of part a, which is to be gypsed up to the collar b in the middle of the window arch, and which can either have grooves cut out to hold the gypsum or consist of a stone screw. In connection with this part, the flat, rectangular shaft c is arranged in front of the collar, on which the sleeve d can be pushed with the end plate e attached to it. Depending on whether the curvature of the curtain rod is more or less removed from the wall, the sleeve is pushed forwards or backwards and, after the correct setting, is determined by the adjusting screw f. The curtain rod is screwed to the front plate e using two small screws. 4 and 5 show in vertical section and in the front view the shaft c set up with a plate in such a way that it can be removed by simply detaching it from the hook nail g which replaces the stone screw and which is also hammered into the center of the window arch. As before, the sleeve d is pushed onto the shaft, and the curtain rod has previously been screwed to the end plate. A nail can be hammered in through the hole h, which is used to fasten the wall plate. Fig. 6 shows the sleeve d twice, if this should be necessary, especially with large rods, and in this case two corresponding shaft pieces are used. This device has the advantage that with all ordinary rods only one hole has to be made in the middle of the window arch, and that the same is suitable for every curtain rod; it is made of wrought iron, malleable iron, wood, metal or other suitable material.
