Speicheranordnungen.
erfolgt.Rhythmically controlled electromagnetic system with high mechanical power output
The invention relates to a rhythmic using a storage capacitor
controlled electromagnetic system with high mechanical power output of the electromagnetic
actuated armature, in particular the movable solenoid core of a lifting magnet.
Should your armature of an electromagnetic system operationally have a high mechanical

Storage arrangements. In the case of a mechanical memory of the type mentioned, over

Armature a spring tensioned by the sheet metal magnet system and the saved thereby

-an electrical storage by means of capacitors, in which case a shock-like one

In the case of the last-mentioned electrical storage, there are many
thereby difficulties that the control of the low-resistance electromagnetic system
Contacts are subject to excessive wear in continuous operation. As a consequence,
that such known drive systems have only a short service life.
Attempts have been made to select an appropriately sized spark extinction
to extend the achievable service life of the switching contacts, but also this measure
does not meet the requirements often made in practice. Hanging multiple times
the difficulties mentioned are also related to the fact that the high discharge current
of the storage capacitor leading switching contact - even if only briefly - too high
is charged. However, this current controlling the electromagnet system is allowed in view of
not reduced to the required acceleration of the moving armature.
The achievable acceleration of the movable armature is namely a measure of the
Energy content of the generated mechanical impulse.
If an electric
Contact through which the operating current of an electromagnet is conducted opens,
overvoltages occur during the opening process, which can lead to a
strong sparking and great wear and tear on the material. This depends
together with the fact that an electromagnet is a component with high self-induction
when switching off the current flow tries to continue.

Wirkung verhindert. As the contact opening increases, the current decreases as a result the larger contact resistance at the contact.
he
In spite of this, / is / is still strong enough in many cases to take part in the
forming constriction point of the current transition to generate strong warming, which leads to contact erosion. In contrast to the switching-on process of an inductance, in which the current rises slowly due to the build-up of the magnetic field, the full current flow is effective here and is intensified by the induction voltage vrirksanie when the circuit is opened. These disadvantages can be circumvented in a rhythmically controlled electromagnetic system of the type mentioned at the beginning by the fact that the timer that generates the work pulses opens both a work contact and a break contact, while the work contact is used to charge the storage capacitor via a hadevriderstand, while the break contact only opens in de-energized state of the electromagnetic system opens, and that the storage capacitor is connected in parallel with a correspondingly polarized ttichtleiter, which prevents the storage capacitor from being charged with the opposite consequence due to the inductive shock that is effective when the electromagnetic system is switched off due to its short-circuiting effect.
The arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that neither the
Normally open contact nor the normally closed contact is too heavily loaded. This is related to
that the normally open contact that controls the charging of the storage capacitor, one
Stromvieg with an upstream charging device. The one when you turn on one
Capacitor otherwise effective high inrush current is limited accordingly.
But the normally closed contact cannot become overloaded either, since it closes when it closes
the magnetic field in the electromagnetic system only gradually builds up and with it the
Current flow increases slowly at the moment of contact. Before opening
of the normally closed contact has already discharged the storage capacitor via the
Elelstromagnetsystetn took place so that this contact can open without current.

This is polarized in such a way that it serves as a short-circuit generator for the induction shock which is effective when the electromagnetic system is switched off. To prevent charging of the capacitor in the reverse direction in the switch-off phase of the electromagnetic system. The forward direction of the directional conductor D is therefore selected in relation to the operating voltage U so that when the storage capacitor C is charged, the directional conductor D is only loaded in the reverse direction and therefore has no effect. The time switch Z, which controls the normally open contact z1 and the normally closed contact z2 in push-pull, can work both electromagnetically and electronically: A particularly simple embodiment provides a pulse-controlled electromagnetic relay with counter-acting partial windings, in one of which a capacitor is switched on. An achievable pick-up or drop-out delay of the relay enables impulse-wise operation to be achieved, which corresponds to the desired rhythmic control of the electromagnet system and thus to the movement of the associated armature. In an electromagnetically controllable solenoid system, the movable solenoid core is often used as the armature.
