Verfahren und Anordnung zum Naßbehandeln von Textilbahnen und dergl» Process and arrangement for the wet treatment of textile webs and the like »
The invention relates to a method for wet processing, see vorzugsueise M-, of running textile webs and an arrangement for carrying out this process, in particular the special training% form a Zwischenquetschwerkes.
It is known, especially in washing, deacidifying and the like Let treatments split the overall treatment process into several of each other to subdivide separate treatment areas and to make an intermediate squeeze between df.-ri individual areas.
Um zu optimalen Wirkungen für die Ware zu kommen, ist esBox of these treatments, the oil squeezed out of the goods runs generally along the web back to the previous one Β ', - h -' 'udlungsabteil. It has now been shown that such a discharge the squeezed-out and squeezed-out liquor has an impact on the treatment effects extremely unfavorable for the respective wet treatment affects. In order to achieve optimal effects for the goods, it is

But for this it is -. ■ first of all, it is necessary to precisely record these fleets. This is the case with the well-known type of Zv.-ischena '^ uetschwerk an undefined mixture of on the goods The liquor from the previous treatment area and any liquid to be washed out in the goods previous compartment runs back, not possible. The present invention is based on the object in the pinch joint to capture the actual squeeze liquor that is actually created, i.e. it is initially carried away by the surface film that is carried away by the goods Separate fluid and use it with the aim of achieving optimal treatment performance at the best for it to reintroduce appropriate points into the treatment process.
According to the invention, a method for wet treatment, in particular of running textile webs and the like, in which the overall treatment process is subdivided into several treatment areas, preferably separated from one another by pinches, proposed, in which the web of material undergoes two-stage intermediate squeezing after passing through the treatment liquor of each treatment area is subjected. The treatment liquor is advantageously guided in countercurrent to the direction of travel of the web and the overall treatment process is divided into at least 5 to 8 treatment areas with subsequent liquor squeezing. In the treatment area traversed one after the other by the material web. A constant or only constantly changing concentration gradient should suffice prevail between textile goods and treatment liquor. The liquor quantities discharged preferably at the pinch-off points of the individual treatment areas should be at the same or at points reintroduced into the treatment liquor stream at a similar concentration will.
Das Zwischenquetschwerk für dieIn an arrangement for carrying out the method according to the invention, a two-stage intermediate squeezing unit for preliminary and main squeezing should be provided behind each treatment compartment or area of a wet treatment plant. Main squeezing should be advantageous as a horizontal two-roller squeezing unit be executed, whose one main squeegee roller cooperates with a light pre-squeegee roller for pre-squeezing. The purpose of the invention is of course also achieved when the squeezing unit for the pre-squeezing of the. Crushing mechanism for the main pinch is arranged separately.
Auf den Zeichnungen zeigenThe invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. Show on the drawings

Fig. 2 die getrennte Anordnung von Vor-und Zwischenquetschwerk. 2 shows the separate arrangement of the preliminary and intermediate squeezing mechanism.
In a washing compartment 10 is the liquor 12, for example may serve to wash a web 19. This web of goods is passed through the washing compartment by lower and upper deflection rollers 11. There is an intermediate squeegee behind the washing compartment, which, as the figure reveals, has two horizontally arranged 'rollers 13 for the main squeeze and a pre-squeegee roller 1 * f, which works together with one of the rollers 13. Between the pre-squeezing and the main squeezing the web still circulates a deflection roller 15 and can over a spreader 16. A guide plate 17 is arranged under the rollers 13 through which the liquor dripping from the rollers 13 into the washing compartment 10 is returned.
The arrangement according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 essentially in that the Zwischenquetschwerk from one Squeezing unit with rollers 18 for pre-squeezing and a separate squeezing unit with rollers 13 for main squeezing consists.
The arrangement according to the figures now works, for example, so that in the VorquetscTawerk a slight preliminary squeezing of 1 |? Q to 200 %

As a result, the liquor film entrained by the goods, which does not have a significantly higher concentration than the washing water in the preceding compartment, is removed and can be returned to the washing compartment. This liquor can therefore no longer dilute the liquor squeezed out in the main squeezer and thus prevent its separate dissolution because of the strong reduction in concentration. After the pre-squeezing, the web runs into the main squeezing unit, in which a squeezing from 100 to 120 % to 80 to 90 / o takes place with a high exchange of the concentration in the material. As the figures show, this squeezer can preferably be designed as a horizontal Ziveiwalzenquetschwerk. The ivaren guide and roller arrangement make it easy to collect and discharge the concentrated squeeze liquor that occurs in small quantities. This no longer runs along the goods and can therefore not contaminate the goods, for example the white background of printing rollers, as was often the case with the earlier type of squeezing. Because of the small length of the squeezing liquor, its removal and reintroduction at the right place is also facilitated by the only small cross-section of lines required.
The method according to the invention also provides an ideal possibility for the automatic regulation of washing machines, dr. the consentration of the fleet in the Hearptquetschverk in a direct connection with the still given concentration in the Goods themselves. For example, conductivity electrodes, pH meters or measuring devices can be used as measuring sensors for the control apparatus be used for the turbidity of the liquor, as these are generally known and used. Depending on these Measurement results can be provided by the controller, for example, depending on the difference between the actual and target value is the speed of the goods, the fresh water supply or the addition of chemicals can be regulated.
