Description
Method for reeling up several partial strips formed by cutting a metal strip Metal strips are in many cases produced for operational reasons in a width that is significantly greater than is desired in the further processing of such a semi-finished product . Such metal strips are therefore cut or split in the longitudinal direction into several partial strips in the continuous process. The individual subbands are fastened with its top on the core of a reel or on a on a reel in the direction of the direction of rotation of the reel tight intermediate piece, .so that takes place continuously cutting the metal bands followed by coiling after setting all bands. At the. However, when reeling the individual sub-bands, difficulties arise insofar as the sub-bands shift a little laterally, partly to one side, partly to the other side , so that individual edges protrude from the total surface of the plate-like front of the reeled band. But these projects out of the total area of the plate-like front edge affect eg, tapes which are cut only in the soft state and then come to the dispatch or stored for further processing and, very disturbing.
These difficulties during simultaneous continuous up reels of several by cutting a metal strip, in particular a soft-annealed Kufperbandes part binders formed on a common by a drive umlauts Fende Aufhaspelvorrichtung, the invention provides ÜberxQndexi "r 'According to the invention, the individual sub-bands are coiled with different angular velocity In this way a lateral wandering of the part bands is avoided during reeling, so that the end faces of the part bands form smooth boundary surfaces after winding. Furthermore, it is achieved that inadmissible stretching of the bands, which can ultimately lead to the tearing of the bands, does not occur .
The invention is based on the knowledge that the lateral Wanderaa the sub-bands are omitted and thus a smooth boundary surface on the side of a ring wound in this way en ° 4-6.st®ht, if it is ensured that the individual sub-belts running onto the reel-up device not necessarily Subjected by the winding device to an equal angle Jeach speed because the diameter of the decreed, reeled-up partial belt bundles are not all the same stay big. Rather, what matters here is that the tape is under the same tension is held.
In order to carry out the method proposed by the invention, the reeling device consists of a circumferential core that is common to all part-bands and onto which a number of rings are pushed with a slight heat fit in the axial direction, corresponding to the number of part-bands to be reeled; the width of the rings corresponds to the width of the individual sub-bands. The rings, for example press cardboard, to which the beginning of each sub- band is attached, are pushed on with a slight tight fit, and due to the possible slip between the rings and the core during the reeling process, each sub- band, as a result of the possibility of slippage, has a different angular velocity than the neighboring one Partial tape can run onto the Aufhaepslvorrichtung. This always existing adaptability of the respective angular velocity for each individual sub- band to the existing throughput ratios when cutting or splitting the metal band results in the sub- bands running perfectly into large rings with flat outer surfaces. It can often be advantageous to arrange separate plate washers on the core of the reeling device between each ring and its adjacent ring in order to delimit the individual rings that are formed during reeling from one another or to limit them at the ends of the reel.
The invention is based on the in Figures 1 and -2 as an embodiment shown cutting and reeling process of a thin, soft-annealed copper strip explained in more detail.
From the collar 1, as shown in Figure 1, the copper tape 2 withdrawn with a relatively large width in the direction of the arrow and the cutting device. 3 are supplied, which essentially consist of the arranged on the rotating shaft 4 Cutting knives 5 consists. Those formed from the copper tape 2 by the cutting process Sub-bands 6 to 12 are then by means of the Weele 13 in the direction of the arrow running around, reeled up. To the risk of ligament tears or at least impermissible To eliminate stretching, the individual rings 14 on the shaft 13 are easy Detention seat postponed; the slight adhesion of these rings causes the Afhaspelvorgang a certain slip between the shaft 13 and the postponed Rings 14 results, so that the partial bands 6 to 12 reeled under the same tensile force will. So each subband can be used as a. Consequence of the possibility of slippage of the rings 14 are reeled onto the shaft 13 at a different winding speed. Through this is certainly also with different ring diameters of the reeled -Bandes ensures the appropriate run-up speed of all sub-belts.
The invention avoids the tearing off of the accruing part bands as a result of an inevitable pull of one part band that is too fast relative to the other part bands, which renders the fire worthless due to non-compliance with a certain minimum length. Also, there is no longer any extension of the land - also as a result of the excessively fast train - which always leads to a narrowing of the cross-section of the belt . With the extension of the tape, however, a consolidation of the tape material runs parallel, so that a partial tape , for example made from Hupfer, which is exposed to the stretching, is no longer suitable for further processing.
Deviating from the embodiment shown in Figure 1 are in the illustrated in Figure 2 Aufhaspelvorrichtung each case between two of the shaft 13 with slight adhesion seat deferred rings 14 the Belleville washers 15 mounted.
