on a small self-switching Iter with thermal overcurrent release and one
pivotable lever, which acts at one end on the moving contact pieces
and at its other end with the release organ directly or via intermediate links
is latched.
Befestigt man sie init am beweglichen Hebel., so leidet die Auslösep-enaui-keit.I Such switches are mainly used to protect electrical devices
Devices and may also be used for operational switching on and off
used, therefore, must be of a particularly space-saving yet robust design
be respected. If you also use a simple locking mechanism to switch off by hand, "
so it wears out relatively quickly when switched by hand. Ikan has
therefore a toggle system for manual shut-off and for triggering
Overcurrent selected a latch. However, this results in the solutions known up to now
a large amount of space2 in addition, a relatively large number of items are required because
the trigger organs are usually located in the plane of movement of the CD switching mechanism.
If it is attached to the movable lever, the release accuracy suffers.

The invention sI # aims for a solution in which in the smallest of spaces. ' CD with high switching frequency and high tripping accuracy is no longer needed, even -vWg4g @ A U & jji?,% 4qile. In the case of a small circuit breaker mentioned at the beginning with thermal overcurrent release and a pivotable lever which acts at one end on the movable contact pieces and is latched at its other end directly or via intermediate links, the problem is solved in that the pivotable lever $ the its one end carries the movable contact piece (s) including the rocker and which is latched to the triggering element directly or via intermediate links at its other end, there is an approach to the CD or near its latching point »the CD can slide in a fixed guide groove. M According to a further concept of the invention extends the Bewegunes CD-W C> direction of the tripping member perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the direction of movement of the lever.

The guide groove is shaped according to a further concept of the invention so that when triggered as a result of overcurrent the knee joint is buckled so far that the spring moves both the handle in the disengaged position and the pivotable lever with the approach CD in the latching position. The movable contact is attached to the end of a rocker that rocks around the other end of the pivotable lever, the spring engaging the other end of the rocker. The rocker is advantageously designed in a U-shape and protrudes with its ends that support or form the switching pieces into switching spaces separated by a partition. The release element moves the pawl vertically or approximately perpendicularly to the plane of rotation of the pivotable lever via an adjusting screw, the pawl being made of resilient material or being fastened by a spring. Advantageously, the release element is attached to its carrier via a heat-insulating layer and the current is passed through using #M CD connecting pieces, for example rivets. For switching by hand, the handle serves 4.9 which is mounted at the fulcrum 4 a and 4 b via an arm, and a connecting plate 5 acts on the lever 1 when switching hand bilden'der D rehpunkt 4 is a of the handle 4, the articulation point 5a of the tab 5 with the handle 4 and the pivot point 5a of the tab 5 mi t the pivoting lever 1, a knee joint, which ended in the on state of the switch in-a dead center or slightly beyond . When the switch is switched off, the knee joint 4 as 5 a and 5 b is buckled. When switched off by hand, the pivotable lever rotates around its end at the latching point; However, this is not claimed in the sense of influencing the release accuracy, since the release movement at the latching point is perpendicular to the rotary movement when switching by hand.

den Fig. 5 und 6 hergestellt. The guide groove 2 a for the approach 1 a of the pivotable lever 1 is so ge fprmt that the pivot point 5b moves during the shutdown due to overcurrent »so that the knee joint is buckled so far that the switching spring 6-aüch the handle 4 can be returned to the switch-off position and the pivotable lever to the latching position * This means that the handle is returned to the switch-off position without an additional CD spring. 1 At the end 7 c of the rocker mounted at the end 1 b of the pivotable lever 1 , a spring 6 is attached, which simultaneously generates the contact pressure. To increase the switching capacity, the ends 7 projecting b with the switch element 7 a in the control rooms.. Which are insulated from each other by a partition. The tripping member 3 receives a shape which ensures an appropriate inertia in the tripping times "-so-switch does not respond prematurely.
