Description
Plant for the rotting of organic matter. The present invention concerns a plant for the intensive digestion of small amounts of organic Substances from industry, trade or communities in an economical and operationally safe manner Wines * These substances are also mixed, e.g. if industry and trade have their Discharge organic waste into the community sewer system or to a community sewage plant ge depart. The organic substances can be solid, suspended, emulsified or dissolved form or you can also mix these four forms contain large amounts of disruptive or even toxic substances, such as floating substances, Chemicals, detergents, antibiotics, acids, metal eels and other poisons.
Under such difficult conditions, a satisfactory anaerobic alkaline digestion of the organic matter can only be achieved by intensifying and controlling the degradation process. Up to now, plants with such an intensified and controlled digestion process have only existed with a complicated and expensive construction and operation. They consist, among other things, of one or more reinforced concrete Paul containers, a stair tower, a company building, feed, vaccination and circulation pumps, vaccination mixers, digester gas collection, discharge, processing and recycling devices, a digester gas storage facility, and a digester heater as well as extractors for digested sludge, floating sludge and digested water. Such plants were therefore built for larger ratios, ie for municipalities that qualified the necessary financial strength and over and trained personnel have * The opinion that one angezehlossenen for smaller Verhältniese, approximately below 10 000 Sinwohnergleichwerten, even in difficult degradable substances The unanimous general opinion of the experts was that, for financial and operational reasons, the primitive and easy-to-use, practically maintenance-free Emacherbrunnen and similar constructions had to be used without the possibility of controlling and intensifying the putrefaction process, was the unanimous general opinion of the experts Systems did not achieve the desired function at all * Or the whole problem was avoided by connecting several communities to a larger joint sewage treatment plant through expensive long canals. Other ways of bypassing sludge digestion were sought and found in the incineration or composting of fresh sewage sludge or in the use of so-called total sewage treatment plants for smaller-e-ratios, in which all the pollutants of the wastewater in an activated sludge plant with a great deal of construction and investment All operating costs are aerobically degraded or mineralized ", so that no sewage sludge and thus no sludge digestion problem is distorted. This prejudice that an intensive, i.e. fast and safe digestion of even difficult organic substances under small and extremely small conditions is and is not justifiable from an operational point of view had to be rejected in principle because of their inevitable Umwirtschaftlichkeit, is overcome by the present invention. It has been found namely üb6rraschenderweine that new novel at and unconventional design of the entire system and when using Werkatoffe, new constructions and new production methods, especially small, intensive sludge digestion systems can be manufactured, transported and set up particularly economically, that precisely such small sludge digestion systems can be prefabricated in all their parts, mass-produced and assembled according to the modular system in varying wines, and that the operation is complicated an intensive putrefaction process can be simplified and partly automated by appropriate design, construction and arrangement of the installation that even semi-skilled assistants can cope with it.
The plant for the digestion of organic substances according to the present Invention is to 6 intensive, i.e. fast and safe degradation of small amounts and especially industrial and commercial waste that is difficult to digest in economic terms Way furnished-.
The system according to the invention consists of at least one digestion chamber, Feed, inoculation and circulation pumps, at least one inoculation mixer, at least a gas collection, discharge, processing and utilization device, a Ileizsystem for the sludge as well as aiming devices for digested sludge, Scliwimmschlamm and Paulwaters. It is characterized by the fact that for the digestion of these substances, especially of difficult-to-digest industrial and commercial waste, preferably in smaller quantities, the sludge pumps, the inoculation mixer, the gas preparation and Recycling direction, the Ileizsystem for the sludge, the necessary measuring and switching devices as well as control rooms and lounges in more advantageous and previously not known way are assembled to a tower-shaped unit. That The tower-shaped unit is expediently in close proximity - next to the Paulkammer or & the digester chambers and at the same time contains stairs to climb the digester chamber cover. Instead of the previously used reinforced concrete digester, new types of digesters would be preferably made of plastic or metal, for example in the form of cylindrical ones or honeycomb tanks with a vertical axis.
Pie quick and cost-saving creation of an inventive Small system is made possible in an advantageous and previously unknown manner by that the digestion chamber or the digestion chambers and / or the tower-shaped unit from one or several prefabricated or prefabricated parts of any material.
A particularly favorable embodiment of the invention is that the digestion chamber or chambers are supported on a flat, preferably ring-shaped base, the lower edge of the chamber or chambers only coming to lie slightly below or even above the surface of the earth. The tower-shaped'-e ';Aeg'jkreiat also advantageously stands on a flat foundation, the foundation preferably being box-shaped.
These shallow foundations have a further great structural and economic advantage over the known, not intensively working systems in that they do not stick deep in the ground like this one. This saves considerable costs for excavation (often even rock excavation) and for keeping the groundwater. Since the sewage treatment plants have to be placed at the topographically lowest point of the industrial and GGmainde area due to the necessary gradient of the canals, where the groundwater level is very close to the surface, the savings in construction costs are particularly strong compared to the deeply established previous plants the end. In addition, the sludge digestion chambers of the previous systems, which are deep in the ground and thus in the cold groundwater, cool down considerably and, as a result, even with well digestible sludge, regulated digestion in such systems is very often called into question or ... To enable a satisfactory breakdown of sludge that is even very difficult to dig out, the Paulraum volume can also be divided into several digestion chambers, which can be wholly or partially switched one after the other in technically very favorable wines.
According to a special embodiment of the invention, these digesters can be arranged around the tower-shaped unit, which means that despite the multistage a considerable saving of space and short connections and thus despite the division in several chambers a great economic efficiency is achieved. Furthermore you can in the system according to the invention, one or more digestion chambers through a memory for digester gas or other fuel, preferably the external one Shape of the digestion chambers aii. Is pissed.
In order to take into account an increase in the load that is normally to be expected over the years, the number of faulkamniern in the system according to the invention can only be increased gradually in accordance with the growing load. This possibility of adapting the digester volume to the respective load keeps the initial costs low. This is all the more advantageous because it not only saves the investment for these additional septic chambers and their installation, but also avoids years of wear and tear on these initially unnecessary system parts. The addition of the processing capacity can be accomplished very easily by adding more Paul Chambers, comprising, -without thereby substantial additional costs compared to the original Aufstelluügsprei.s entstehepe In particularly effective wines can see the erfindungegemäße Appendix 1 to the digestion tank-are difficult to be processed industrial sludge , if necessary in a slight dilution with other sludge and if necessary in connection with a chemical and / or physical treatment schematic drawings * & drawings:. Fig. 1 is a plan view of the plant according to the invention, Fige 2 shown a sectional view taken along line AA of Figure 1. in the accompanying drawing is for example a plant according to the invention in section schematically one or more Paul chambers 1 are on her The underside is mounted on an annular flat base 2. Its lower edge 3 is located approximately at the level of the earth's surface. Between the digestion chambers 1 and iri-. The tower-shaped unit 4l, which is also supported on a flat foundation 5 , is located in close proximity. It contains the sludge pumps with the inoculation mixer 6, the digester gas processing and recycling devices 7, the heating system 8 for the sludge with fuel supply, the operating and lounges with the required measuring and switching devices 9 and stairs 10 to walk on . of the tower-shaped unit 4 and to reach the Paulkammer cover. The extraction devices for digested sludge, floating sludge and Paul sludge as well as the digester gas collection and discharge devices are built into the digestion chambers 1 .
