zugeordneten Streustation
an das Trommelband abgegebenen Gutes ausgeführt. Derartige kontinuierliche Pressen
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.

which embodiments are known. Known pre-pressing of this .4rt
work, for example, with revolving belts that run between press oops., -
bar and press lower bar are guided, with
Trum wrap the press upper beam and press lower beam and are driven. Such presses do not ensure proper pressing of the material to be pressed or pre-pressed over the entire length of the face. This often leads to the material to be pressed being damaged. According to an older proposal by the applicant, which is not yet part of the state of the art, continuous feeding was therefore carried out as a feeding drum with a drum belt partially wrapping around the press drum and a press belt for introducing and pre-pressing goods delivered to the drum belt from an assigned scattering station. Such continuous presses have proven themselves, but are in need of improvement as separating means, such as saws, knives and the like, have to be arranged downstream of the press drum in order to divide the pressed material emerging from the press as a strand into individual formats corresponding to a subsequent platen press. This leads to relatively complicated measures and long transport routes. In addition, according to the applicant's earlier proposal, the spreading station is arranged in front of the press drum, which leads to a further lengthening of the transport path and thus overall to a lower production capacity. The invention aims to provide a remedy here. The invention is based on the object of creating a continuous press of the type described at the outset, which is characterized by its compact design and increased production capacity and, moreover, no longer requires downstream separating means for dividing the food emerging from the press into the desired paddle formats. The invention relates to a continuous press, especially a pre-press, for the production of fiberboard, chipboard and the like, consisting of a press drum with a drum belt partially wrapping around the press drum and a press belt for introducing and pre-pressing from an assigned scattering station to the drum belt. The invention consists in the fact that the drum belt also acts as a separating device for dividing the pressed material in Plattenf

which is of independent importance, provision is made for the drum belt to be equipped with reinforcement inserts, for example steel cables, distributed over the belt width and for the cover layers to be interrupted by separating gaps at a distance of the length or width of the panel formats. This measure of the invention has the consequence that the length or width of the plate formats is defined by the distance between the separating gaps, since through the separating gaps already in; Area of the spreading station between the spread material to be pressed the reinforcement5 # .einlag - # - ". 1 .- #. can fall through so that

provided that the Trutimel belt is designed as a sieve belt i3b
and in the area of the spreading station below the sieve belt2 inter-
pressure chambers are arranged. This creates the possibility of also producing such milling plates in which the formation of fleece takes place through the peeling of loose, dry fibers. The vacuum germs serve to effect the felting of the fibers for the purpose of fleece formation. The fibers that pass through the sieve belt and are scattered too much on the drum belt are sucked off below the vacuum chambers and returned to the spreading table is arranged laterally next to the press drum. In this way, bending changes of the pre-pressed plates emerging from the press, based on the press inlet and press outlet side, are excluded. Furthermore, the invention recommends in combination that the spreading station is provided above the press drum and below the spreading station and the drum belt cross conveyor, for example box belts or brush belts, are arranged for returning excess pressed material to the spreading station.
In diesem Zusammenhang

In this way, when producing multi-layer panels, e.g. from top layers of finer chips or from middle layer or middle layers of coarser chips, it is possible to carry out the return of the over-scattered material separately by means of the cross conveyor, taking into account the more valuable cover chips. The invention further recommends that the press belt form an insertion wedge for the material to be pressed with the drum belt. In this context, a height-adjustable, accompanying pressure device is preferably provided on the press inlet side in the area between the press belt and the drum belt for compressing the edges of the pressed material in order to prevent crumbling during the prepping process. The use of this pressure device is particularly advantageous when prepressing thick panels, while edge compression is unnecessary for thinner panels. In addition, the invention provides that one or more transfer belts for temporarily receiving the pre-pressed panels are arranged downstream of the press space formed by the press belt and drum belt on the press outlet side.
