.: and 3ätzlichtn require effort. After all, it is with cylinders
continuous piston rod known to achieve synchronization by connecting two cylinders one behind the other, ie when using the outlet line of the first cylinder as the inlet line of the second cylinder. The same arrangement, but only acting in one direction, is possible with cylinders with a piston rod on one side if the annular surface of one cylinder is as large as the piston surface of the second cylinder. The disadvantage of the first method is that only the ring surface is available to generate a certain force, whereby the becomes larger than when the entire piston area is applied. In addition, the pump pressure must be a multiple of the pressure required on the last cylinder. In a similar way, the diameter of a cylinder increases with the latter method. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages and to ensure synchronization in one direction and, if necessary, in one direction, while dispensing with the use of expensive elements The solution to this problem is achieved according to the invention in that the ring and piston ratios of the first cylinder are connected to a four-way valve with at least one forward and one reverse position, the other two of which are connected Connections are connected to a pressure source and the drainage line, with a non-return valve opening in the direction of the annular space being connected in the connecting lines between the four-way valve and the annular space, while the annular and piston space of the second cylinder via a further directional valve and a releasable check valve, the control line of which communicates with the annular spaces is arranged, are connected, wherein the Weöeventil in the forward position of the four-way valve (connection pressure source-piston chamber) connects either the annulus with the piston chamber of the second cylinder or the annulus and the connecting line to the pilot operated check valve with de m process connects and at. The reverse position of the four-way valve connects the piston chamber with the drain when the check valve is unlocked. Both directional valves are expediently designed as ¢ / 2-: led valves with locking positions, the fourth connection of the second directional valve being connected to the newspaper between the first four-way valve and the check valve via a newspaper will. In order to prevent the releasable check valve from fluttering, it can be useful to connect the control line to the newspaper between the annular space of the ers + eri cylinder and Vierwe @ eventil and a throttle between the connection point and the annular space. to be installed, Further details of the invention can be seen from the drawings, Figures 1-3 show in symbols a circuit according to the invention or parts thereof for the operations centering, tensioning and return.
würden beispielsweise Werkstücke, deren Durchmesser in gewissen Grenzen schwanken
The operation of the device according to Fig. 1-3 is as follows. The piston chamber 6 of the cylinder 2 is pressurized by the pressure source 10 via the lines 7 and 9 and the four-way valve 8a. This causes the piston 2 'and piston rod 281 to extend, and liquid is drawn from the annular space 1 via the line 3 into the annular space 4 and from there via the lines 14, 16, 18 to the Wegeven @ til 13a and the releasable check valve 17 into the piston chamber 19 displaced. The pressure increase occurring during this process also causes the piston 5 'to extend because of the difference between the effective areas F and f. As a result, in addition to the volume of liquid from the annular space 1, the volume from the annular space 4 is also conveyed through the differential circuit into the piston space 19. Since the relationship F = 2 f was assumed, the piston 51 thus covers the same path as the piston 2 '. Since no load occurs with this synchronous movement, leakage fluid is also not to be expected. In the above-mentioned application, for example, workpieces whose diameter can fluctuate within certain limits would have to be centered. The workpiece 22 is placed on its base with the piston rods 211 and Pf retracted, and the workflow already described is then initiated. Initially, only the sealing friction has to be overcome during a certain idle stroke of both pistons 2 'and 51. After a certain path, one of the two piston rods will then touch the workpiece 22 ″ and, if there is a slight increase in pressure in the system, push it in front of it until contact is also made with the other piston rod the piston rod 5 "off. Apart from the pressure differences caused by frictional forces, the same pressure prevails in rooms 1, 4, 6 and 19 @. In order to increase the effective pressure areas, the directional control valve 13 is switched to the position 13b shown in Fig. 2. This causes the annular spaces 1 and 4 and the lines 3, 12, 14, 16 and 21 to be depressurized. As a consequence, there is no differential effect for the cylinder 4, so that the piston 51 can be supported with its entire piston surface F when the non-return valve 17 is closed. Likewise, there is no hydraulic counter-hold on surface f of piston 2 ', so that here too the effective surface increases from f to F. Since it is possible with modern production methods to keep the diameters of pistons and piston rods within tight tolerances, the synchronization error caused by such tolerances is the result of a diameter deviation of in the order of magnitude moved, negligibly small. It should be noted that these are mostly tensions for rough roughing work, for which an accuracy of about 0.1 mm is not required. For the same reason, the compressibility of the liquid does not play a major role, since it is advisable to always use it the same pressure will work and thus always keeps the resulting error in the same order of magnitude, at an overpressure of 100 atmospheres in the system, for example, a volume decrease of about 0.7% would result for a medium hydraulic fluid, the possible leakage flows from the piston chambers (6,19) past the pistons (2t, 59 into the annular spaces (1,4), if the piston seal is good, are practically non-existent even over long periods of time of the workpiece 22 does not take place. the return movement is shown in Fig, 3, the directional control valves are located in the switching positions 8b and 1 3e. This is an impingement of the annular spaces 1 and 4 instead of hydraulic fluid. First the piston 2 'is retracted and the liquid is pushed out of the piston chamber 6 via the newspapers 7 and 11 and the four-way valve Sb into the drain the control line 20 unlocks, and the piston 51 can retract, whereby the liquid is conveyed from the piston chamber 19 into the drain Appropriately used solenoid valves with detent positions, This version has the advantage that in the event of a power failure or destruction of a magnet, the respective switch position is retained, which is desirable for safety reasons , A circuit diagram with such Ve ntilen is shown in Figs. 4-6. The centering already described takes place in the switch positions 23a and 24a, the tensioning in 23a and 24b and the return movement in 23b and 24b. In order to avoid fluttering of the releasable check valve, ie to always achieve unlocking, a throttle 26 can be installed in the newspaper 12 between the annulus 1 and the connection point of the control line 20, whereby a certain dynamic pressure is always maintained when the control line 20 returns .
