Device for remote control The invention relates to a device for remote control by means of a flexible transmission element. This type of actuation has for a long time been limited to applications in which the flexible element worked in pull. For several years, however, various types of suggested guides that allow the use of a flexible, pressure-sensitive action element, namely more or less for transmission over limited distances.
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht
Achse 8 getragenen Zapfen 20
zusammenwirkt. The object of the invention is to improve the known devices for remote actuation with flexible and pressure-sensitive elements in that an additional guide is provided for the elements, which makes it possible to use lighter transmission elements or one and the same transmission elements for transmissions over the same distance to use greater distances or to move large masses. For this purpose, the invention provides that a guide is provided for the element, which additionally guides the element from the point at which it emerges from its tube or jacket that usually receives it, and that the additional guide is formed by an auxiliary contact surface , which is parallel to the trajectory of the mass point on which the pressure acts. The auxiliary surface is arranged at a short distance from the movement path of the point on the body. The direction of force application and the auxiliary surface also enclose a preferably small angle between them defining a preferred kink plane perpendicular to the auxiliary surface, the surface: as has the task of counteracting kinking of the flexible element. It follows from the foregoing that when the point of application has a path precisely defined by conditions outside the device according to the invention, the auxiliary surface alone has to counteract buckling. If, in contrast, the point of application has at least one degree of Pßiheitsgrad in relation to its movement path, the auxiliary surface has a double function, namely to guide the point of application on the one hand and to counteract buckling of the flexible element on the other. The invention is described below with reference to the drawing reproducing an exemplary embodiment, without thereby intending to restrict the scope of protection of the invention to or through details of the example chosen for illustration. The drawings show: FIG. 1 a side view of the device according to the invention, FIG. 2 a front view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a plan view of FIG Plate 1 is chosen over a fixed lining or frame 2. The plate 1, for example a door leaf, a window sash, a lid or the like, can be opened with the aid of one or more hinges (not shown), the central axis of which is directed horizontally and, in FIG. 1, is perpendicular to the plane thereof. The movable plate consequently opens in the direction of arrow F, at least in the first area of the opening path. The device as a whole has a part 3 fixedly connected to the movable plate and a part 4 fixedly connected to the chuck. Part 3 is fastened with screws 5 and 5 'and part 4 with screws 6 and 6'. The part 3 forms a console, the horizontal arm 7 of which is arranged at right angles to the filling and carries a pivot 8 on which a swivel arm 9 is detachably attached. The arm 9 carries at its other end a journal 10 on which a sleeve or sleeve 11 is attached, on which the outer end of a cable or rope 12 acts in the radial direction. The tube or the jacket 13 of the cable 12 engages with its end in a recess or a seat made for this purpose in part 4, in which it holds a pointed screw 14 in position. The way in which the cable is held and guided in the interior of the tube or of the jacket 13 is immaterial. It is sufficient that the cable belong to some known system that allows it to work under pressure. The part 4 has a flat surface 15 which terminates at one of its ends in a cylindrical surface 16 which. Has a diameter such that it allows the sleeve 11 to be received when. the plate is in its closed position. This cylinder surface can be extended over a short distance by a further, flat surface 17 which extends parallel to surface 15 . The movement of the arm 9 is limited by the fact that its bearing 18 carries a stop 19 which cooperates with a pin 20 carried by the axis 8.
Fig. 3 veranschaulichten Sitz zurückbewegen kann.
As can be seen from the drawing , the central axis of the cable 12 forms a certain angle with the surface 15 near its point of application on the sleeve 11, so that when it acts on the cable for an opening movement, it kinks from right to left in FIG seeks and therefore comes into contact with the surface 15 to the extent that the sleeve 11 moves away from the position shown in FIG. The surface 15 therefore counteracts buckling of the cable. However, the angle must be sufficiently small so that the cable acts essentially in the direction of displacement at the start of the movement and thus facilitates the start of movement of the plate. It can be seen that in the present example the surface 15 guides the sleeve 11 and, in the absence of any guide surface, the sleeve can assume any position in view of the plane of the drawing, provided that it maintains a constant distance from the axis 8. In the present example, the sleeve 11 is released from the guide surface 17 at the moment in which it has advanced sufficiently far along the surface 15, and the plate can consequently continue its opening movement, which in this case happens through the action of the cable and the force of gravity . The interaction of stops 19 and 20 prevents the arm 9 from reaching a position extending at right angles to surface 15 and in this way the sleeve 11 from moving back towards its seat illustrated in FIG. 3 as a result of the reaction of surface 15 during the closing movement can. A recess (not shown) provided in the bearing 18 enables the arm 9 to be excavated. Without supplementing the drawing, the given application example can be used to derive another application form in which the surface 15 only has the function of counteracting buckling. Assume that @ eig. 3, the part 3 is omitted and only the ring part 11 is present, which, for example, seen in section, represents the handle of a lever which moves in a plane that is upright in relation to the plane of FIG. 3. Under these conditions, the path of the lever through the axis around which it pivots is prescribed, the surface 15 no longer having to perform a guiding task. It can even be allowed that it is not exactly parallel to the plane of movement of the lever. Consequently, in this example, the surface 15 serves solely to counteract a buckling of the navel, which according to the assumption controls the movements of the lever.
