Description
The adhesion of the plastic film to the base coat on the one hand Side and a-n e -.-- the roof surface apart from the other side can thereby be improved that; ß the 2olie is high-frequency treated and on the outside with a subsequent .G - undierungslack is coated. ID A high-frequency treated plastic film possesses improved obedience to cling. However, these adhesive properties go in the course the time under the influence of UV rays, oxygen and nitrogen are lost. For this reason, there is also a primer paint with good properties vorze-CD C> see, which keeps the TN-rays and also the admission of oxygen and nitrogen prevents. In this way, therefore, a permanent arrangement is created created.
It is known to subject plastic films to high frequency treatment, to reduce the repellent properties of the plastic for later printing remove.
According to the invention. the same primer lacquer is also provided as an adhesion promoter between the primer coating and the plastic film. The base coating can be formed on the underside of the core by a preferably nubbed aluminum foil and on the top of the core with wet-strength soda kraft paper. To increase the weather resistance, the plastic foil is advantageously mixed with 2 to 5 594 carbon black on the upper side of the core, which is suitable as a plastic foil above all an]? olyethylene film; Even better is a polyethylene-polyvinyl chloride film, since this high-frequency treatment and primer lacquer can also be omitted. B. Both foils are invented with their already existing adhesive and protective properties due to the additional external measures mentioned. in accordance with the same 1, * can be used quietly as corrosion protection in all other areas of technology.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a schematic drawing of 2Wei exemplary embodiments. Pig. 1 and 2 'show a section through insulation panels designed according to the invention.
The insulation panels shown in the figures exist. of an insulation core 1, which is provided on both sides with a base coating which is formed on the underside of the core by an aluminum foil 2 and, on the upper side of the core, by wet-strength soda kraft paper 3 .
Plattenabdeckung 8 folgt.According to FIG. 1 , the base coat is followed by a primer lacquer 4, which serves as an adhesion promoter between the subsequent, high-frequency treated polyethylene film 5 . This polyethylene film has improved adhesive properties thanks to the high-frequency treatment. To safeguard these adhesive properties, which are reversed over time by UV rays and by the ingress of oxygen and nitrogen, the other side of the film is also coated with the primer lacquer 4, which then also acts as an adhesion promoter to the subsequent one Bitumen coating 6 - is used, with the help of which the insulation board is glued on the underside on a roof surface 7 .. or with the help of which a roofing felt layer 8 is glued on the top. According to FIG. 3 a polyethylene-polyvinyl chloride film 9, which is then followed without the interposition of "einea'GrundierungsI" -aclm bitumen 6 and finally the roof surface 7 or panel covering 8 .
