Produkt zur Hemmun- der Amglomeration von Lehm oder
Tonerde und dessen besondere Anwendung auf bebauten
Feldern.
Der
Erfindung liegt die Beobachtung zugrunde, daß eine Mischung von hydrophilen Polysacohariden
(pflanzlichen hydrokolloiden) mit vorzugsweise diapergierbaren lipophilen Stoffen
eine syner.gistische Wirkung gegen die Aaglomeration von anorzanischen kolloidalen
Stoffen, wie Lehm, Tonerde, Kreide und im allgemeinen von lehmigem bebautem Boden
entfaltet. Die kischung nach der Erfindung führt zu Erträgen, die besser sind als
die bei Verwendung von nur einem der beiden rodukte erzielbaren. Die Wirkung der
:_isehung ist auferund iher Wetterbeständigen:Komponente besonaers dauerhaft und
die Mischung bleibt sehr lange im üoden erhalten.

mit äaulgatoren. Dieser Behandlung geben wir durch die
damit häufig erzielten besseren Resultate den Vorzug
und wir können daher alle genannten l@pophilen Produkte
mit folgenden Bmulgatoren behandelst
a) nicht-jonisehe oberflächenwirkende Produkte, wie Bor-
bitan oder PolyozyäthylensorbitanfettKther,
b) jonisehe oberflxohenwirkende Produkte, wie alle
Seifen, Baphtenate, sulfonierte, talloilsulfonierte
und ähnliche Produkte organischer oder anorganischer
Herkunft, wie Phosphateh usw,
Die bessere Auswertungsmöglichkeit dieses Produktes kann,
besonders für die landwirtschaftlichen Anwendungen, durch
Mischung mit diepergierenden Füllstoffen erreicht werden.
Das Endprodukt kann daher-in körniger, pulverförmiger
oder flflssiger Nora am besten eingesetzt werden. Die für
diesen Zweck zu empfehlenden Stoffe sind z,H.:
1. Holzspäne, Weizenspäne, Zignin, Pyrit#@äaschee, )Xatho."iten
aß&s"a Erde, Torf, Braunkohle usw,, zerstäubte Hüok-
stände, denen auch (AH4)2804 als 2%ige Lösung für Bo-
denernährung zugesetzt werden kann; Ca-Sulphat, Oa-xar-
bonat und ähnliche Ca-Pulver in körniger oder Pulver-
form,
2. Lösungen aus Johannisbrot-Syrup, 8orbitol, Glyzerin,
Melassen oder ähnliche glykolisohe oder glykosisohe
8yrupeh in dickflüssiger Form,

Produktes auf den Hoden durch geringfügige Anpassungen der

augnehmend auf die zu behandelnden pälle mit dem
grOss-
ten chemische Prozentsatz an Lehm, kann man für die allge-
meine Anwendung der hier beschriebenen Nrtindung, optimale
Zusammensetzungen an wirksamen Stoffen von 1-1-3
Gew. Tei-
len an Polysaochariden und 1-8 Teilen hydrodiapergierbarcr
Stoffe,@mit eventuell auch mehr als 50% Pülletotf, wählen.
Dieser Füllstoff kann ferner Ruch nicht aus reRktionstriL-
gen Stoffen, sondern gegebenenfalls aus bestimmten Hilfs-
mitteln für jeden Anwendungazweak (Gerbemittel, I?Iingemittel,
Desinfektionsmittel, keimhemmende oder leintötende Xittel)
bestehen,

reichen Stoffe, in denen man eine Agglomeration zu vermei-
den wünscht, könnte einigen günstigeren lagen der OB-Gruppen
der ?olysaoohariden zusammen mit O%-OH,-4ruppen gegenüber
OH-Gruppen des Lehmes zugeschrieben werdeng jedenfalls
aber
erscheint uns die unerwartete und auf diese Weise verbesser-
te Weiohmachung der Erdöberfläohe der bebauten Felder oder
der lange Zeit stehenden Unterschichten der Bedinentations-
beoken zur Zeit die beste lifeung eines bisher nicht
wollstrn-
dig gelösten Problems.
