An
"Device for moving railway wagons." The invention relates to a device for moving railway wagons, in which a push-pull wagon is connected to two cables, one of which extends forward and the other rearward, so that it moves through the difference in the train in the two cables can be. Furthermore, this includes a device for coupling the push-pull car to the railroad car. The invention fulfills the task of the relatively heavy and spacious push-pull wagons that have had a weight appropriate to their task and either run along on the rails of the main track to replace particularly small push-pull carts that do not constitute an obstacle in daily shunting operations because they are moved outside of the profile. In addition, the coupling between a push-pull wagon and a railway wagon poses the problem that the open cable in front of and behind the push- pull wagon sags by around 25 - 30 m until the ground level is reamed Crossing of the tracks by other vehicles is prevented, and that the open cable is also disturbing in other cases * In contrast to the arrangement according to the invention, the known wagon shunting systems for tracks with S-curves cannot be used. Compared to shunting systems with an exposed rope that is moved by a push-pulling device permanently installed on the track head, the device according to the invention has the further advantage that no operating forces are required to move the sometimes very heavy rope up to the height of the support frame of the wagon to pick it up to hang it there. Rather, the operator does not need to touch the rope at all in the device according to the invention. Another technical advance can be seen in the possibility and in the embodiment of the coupling between the wagon and the push-pull wagon according to the invention Single track consists of at least one profile rail with a web and flange, on which the push carriage with horizontal and vertical wheels moves and etches. In one embodiment, the track consists of two spaced-apart U-profiles facing each other with their openings, and in the space enclosed by them takes on the chassis of the push-pull vehicle and the ropes with their guide rollers. The chassis of the push pull wagon. which is supported by rollers on the webs of the U-profiles and by other rollers on the puddles of the U-profiles, reaches through the upper flanges of the profiles with a support and protrudes upwards. This support carries the chopping device. The coupling device preferably consists of a self . horizontally extending notch latch with numerous rest points. Rierner, the invention consists in that a coupling rod to be attached to the wagon has a nose for reaching through a latching point and that the dast points are each formed by two latching rods fastened in a grid frame, which are gripped by a thickening of the nose .. The latching latch consists of the invention two walls arranged parallel to one another at a distance, which are connected by a floor attached to the support and by the locking rods arranged at a distance above the floor. In one embodiment of the invention, the chassis has a first pair of rollers at each end, which are assigned to the flanges of the r-profiles, and a single role, which is assigned to the bars of the profiles. Depending on requirements, guide rollers for the ropes protrude from the outside through the web of the profiles. An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing. There are: FIG. 1 a view of the device from the side, FIG. 2 a view of the device from the front, partially shown. 3 shows a detail of another sectional embodiment, FIG. 4 shows a detail of the first embodiment seen from above, Pig- 5 shows a section through FIG. 4 on the AA line. The same parts are provided with the same markings. There are the railway carriage with 1, the track on which it runs with 2, the push car with a total of 3, the coupling rod with a total of 4, its chassis with 5, the ropes with 6 and 71, the U-profiles with 8 and 9, the guide rollers marked with 10 and 11 and the latch with 12. The rails 2 lie on sleepers 13, on which the U-profiles 8 and 9 can also be fastened in the case of above-ground construction. In the case of under-paving, the U-profiles 9 can also be built under the paving (Fig, 3) o The pulling or pushing trolley is best seen in Fig. 39 The chassis (Fig. 1 and 2) runs at both ends with pairs of rollers, which are mounted in the support 15 , on the lower flanges 16 of the UP = tile 81 9 * Furthermore, the horizontal rollers 18 are mounted on both sides of the supports in brackets 17 , which the chassis 5 on the webs 19 of the U -Support profiles 8, 9 to the side. The supports 17 end in forks 20 for the attachment of the traction ropes 6,? O The support 15 of the chassis 5 protrudes between the upper paddles 21 of the U-profiles 89 9 and takes the bottom 22 of the edge trap 12 on its upper edge. 23, the side walls of the Rastenfalleg 24 are in the notched rods * Further, particularly in KurvenstÜckeng the pulleys 101 are carried by brackets 25 to the U-profiles beseatigt 8 or 9, through Üffnungen 26 in the webs Ic) of the U-Protile 8 or 9 10 engage the pulleys in the space inputs to the U-section; e 'include, where they cause the cables 69 7 so that diesa'zusammen have with the chassis 5 still space * the formation of the coupling rod 4 is shown in Figs 1 see. The coupling rod 4 works there as a pull rod. It consists of the tube 27 with the coupling head 28 and the coupling hook 29 as well as with the locking nose 30, which has the thickening 31 at its end. For attaching the coupling head and the exhaust secure by the Kupplungebolzen has the wagon at the frame a double hook 32. The distance between the latch rods 24 is such that it lets through the thickening 31st The left rods have an elongated cross-section. On their underside they are undercut by the thickening 31 so that the latching nose is securely locked in place. The coupling rod 4 is hooked into the hook 32 on the chassis of the wagon 1 which is to be moved by means of a coupling bolt 29. Because the push- pull cart 3 is slowly moved up until the coupling nose is somewhere above one of the openings between the detent rods 24 of the catch 12. The detent lug 30 is allowed to fall into this opening and then the coupling head 28 is finally coupled to the hook 32 by means of the other bolt 29. The wagon 1 can now be either pulled or pushed. In any case, the detent nose 30 engages with its thickening 31 forwards or backwards under the next detent rod 249 so that the wagon 1 is safely taken along.
The shear forces generated are transferred from the rollers 14 to either the lower flanges 16 or the upper Flianschen 21 of the U-profiles 8, 9, when driving through curves, the chassis 5 is of the push-pull carriage also laterally from the rollers 18 to the Web 19 of the U-profiles 81 9 supported.
