bevorzugt.
Dauermagneten gebildet eind, an dessen beiden Polaeiten magnetisierbare Zahnscheiben
derselben

Magnetic gear (addendum to patent application M 65 159 VIIIe / 21g) The invention relates to a magnetic gear in which a multi-pole ring magnet is rotatably mounted in a coil fed with alternating current, which drives one or more multi-pole ring magnets freely rotatably mounted outside the coil according to the patent . .. (patent application M 65 159 VIIIe / 21g). Such a transmission can be varied in the transmission ratio by the choice of the frequency of the alternating current and by the choice of the number of poles of the multi-pole ring magnets that are operatively connected to one another. If the Spuie wit alternating current is fed from the normal network with a frequency of 50 Nz, then the influence of the transmission ratio by different frequencies is eliminated. If a cheaper drive is required for the transmission, this feed is preferred. The change in the transmission ratio between two mutually operatively connected multi-pole ring magnets is therefore only a matter of the choice of the number of poles of the magnets. As long as the number of poles on the ring magnet is small, there is no difficulty in neatly separating the magnetization areas on the circumference of the ring magnet. However, if large under or gear ratios are desired in the magnetic gear according to the main patent, then large numbers of poles are also required. These large numbers of poles cannot be applied to small ring magnets, so that large under- and gear ratios inevitably increase the size of the ring magnets and thus the transmission. The present invention is based on the object of improving the multi-pole ring magnets in the magnetic transmission according to the main patent so that a large number of clearly separated poles can be applied even with small dimensions and thus the lower or transmission ratio in the transmission can be varied over a wide range. The magnetic gear, in which a multi-pole ring magnet is rotatably mounted in a coil fed with alternating current, which drives one or more multi-pole ring magnets freely rotatably mounted outside the coil according to patent (patent registration M 65 159 VIIIe / 21g) is characterized in that the multi-pole ring magnets and an axially magnetized permanent magnet, on the two pole sides of which magnetizable toothed disks of the same tooth pitch are arranged offset by one tooth pitch. In this way, a simple two-pole permanent magnet can be used to create a large number of magnetic poles which are formed by the teeth of the two toothed disks. Since the teeth of the two tooth disks are magnetized differently, the poles on the circumference of the ring magnet change continuously, as is required for the magnetic gear according to the main patent. The number of poles is given by the sum of the teeth on both tooth lock washers. If the teeth are designed to be trapezoidal, pole faces are formed which, according to the invention, are arranged in such a way that the pole faces of adjacent teeth do not directly collide with one another. According to a further embodiment of the ring magnets, the pole faces can be enlarged in that the teeth of the two toothed disks are angled over the circumference of the permanent magnets in a comb-like manner without contact with one another. The teeth are advantageously designed in the shape of a rectangle and angled one below the other over the permanent magnet. A sleeve that cannot be magnetically influenced can also be pushed over the permanent magnet on which the teeth of the two tooth disks are angled. According to the invention, the ring magnets can also be configured so that the teeth are embedded in an insulating man in the area of the pole faces. On your wines, a smooth surface is obtained on the circumference of the ring magnet and the two toothed disks are fixed in their correct opposite position at the same time. Even the permanent magnet can be embedded in this Iaoliermanne no. The permanent magnet has an amial passage opening which receives a drive shaft. Since the permanent magnet is axially magnetized, a drive wool made of magnetically unaffected material is used according to the invention. This avoids mutual influencing of several ring magnets arranged on one and the same drive wool. Since the ring magnets have different poles on the face side in the social direction, the coupling and switching of the translation can be simplified. For this purpose it is provided that several multi-pole ring magnets, which are arranged displaceably on a drive shaft, are mutually attracted or repelled by the poles that predominate on the end faces of the magnets. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. There Pointing Pig. 1 a ring magnet according to the invention with simple tooth washers and FIG. 2 a ring magnet according to the invention with pronounced pole faces which extend over the circumference of the magnet. In the pig. 1 and 2, 20 is an axially magnetized permanent magnet. The section according to Fig. 1 therefore bears the pole designations N and S on the axis of rotation. The permanent magnet 20 has a through opening 219 which receives a drive shaft, as can be seen in the exemplary embodiments in the main patents, on the two end faces of the permanent magnet 20 are the same toothed washers 30 and 40 appropriate. The toothed disks 30 and 40 have trapezoidal teeth 31 and 41 on the circumference. Like the view according to Pig. 1 shows the two tooth disks 30 and 40 are offset from one another by one tooth pitch, so that the teeth 31 and 41 change continuously on the circumference of the ring magnet. The alignment of the teeth 31 and 41 is such that the pole faces of adjacent teeth 31 and 41 do not directly abut one another. Change because the two Zahnacheiben magnetized differently over the permanent magnets 20 are g the poles on the circumference of the ring magnet in accordance with the tooth pitch of the two Zahnacheiben 30 and 40. The teeth 31 of the toothed disc 30 each represent a north pole and the teeth 41 of the Zahnacheibe 40 each have a south pole is. The total number of poles of the ring magnet is given by the number of teeth on both tooth disks. The ring magnet according to FIG. 2 is also constructed from an axially magnetized permanent magnet 20 with a passage opening 21 for a drive shaft. A magnetically non-influenceable sleeve 50 is slipped over this permanent magnet 20. The toothed disks 30 and 40 attached to the front sides of the permanent magnet 20 extend to the outer edge of the fftilee 50, The elongated and rectangular teeth 31 and 41 of the two toothed disks 30 and 40 are angled onto the sleeve 50 so that they interlock kamma tig but not touch. On the circumference of the ring magnet there were larger pole faces, which extend over almost the entire thickness of the ring magnet. Such a design is easier to bring into operative connection with an identically constructed and actuating ring magnet, since the axial alignment of the two magnets does not have to be as precise as with a Pig ring magnet. 19 in which the poles appear alternately on the two face side tooth disks. The inclined exemplary embodiments must not be regarded as a limitation of the invention. It is entirely possible to produce other structures according to the principle of the invention, which differ only in the design of the tooth disks and the teeth, as well as in the connection between these and the permanent magnets. Thus, within the scope of the invention, it is entirely within the scope of the invention to bring about a social magnetization of the ring terminals in the above sense in that the two toothed disks are separated by a ring magnet that is radially different zil (# () are ordered.
