Einstellvorrichtung für einen Schiebedachdeckel: Die Erfindung bezieht
sich auf eine Einstellvorrichtung für einen Schiebedachdeckel mit Höheneinstellmöglichkeit

die Höhe zwischen der lnnenverkleidung und dem Schiebedachdeckel klein gehalten
wird, - um bei niedriger Höhe des Fahrzeuges eine große Kopf-Freiheit für die Insassen
zu erreichen -, ist die kutter zur Befestigung der Einstellvorrichtung sehr nahe
an dem Schiebedachdeckel bzw. der Dachaußenhaut. Beim Lackieren kann es vorkommen,
daß das Gewinde in der dicht unterhalb des Schiebedachdeckels auf.dem Deckelinnenteil
angeschweißten Mutter mit Lack ausgefüllt wird und so ein Einführen der Schraube
von unten erschwert ist: Wird dann das Gewinde in der iüuttßr mit einem Gewindeschneider
nachgeschnitten, dann muß dabei große Sorgfalt auf.. gewendet werden. Wenn der Gewindeschneider
sich nur wenige Millimeter über den oberen Rand der mutter hinaus bewegt,
rerformt er den Schiebedachdeckel. Ebenfalls kann @s vorkommen, daß die Schrauben,
die in die angeschweißte Mutter eingeschraubt werden sollen, verschieden lang sind
und beim Einschrauben den

Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung besteht darin, daB die Höheneinstellschiubo

beim Lackieren mit Zack versetzt sein sollte, läßt sich diese Lackschicht leichter
außen vom Schraubenschaft entfernen als von den Gewindegängen an der Innenwand der
aufgeschweißten lutter. Lack haftet an einer Außenfläche, z.B. dem Schaft einer
Schraube, nicht in der Menge wie in einer Öffnung einer Mutter. Infolgedessen stört
die dünne Lackschicht beim Aufschrauben der Mutter auf die angeschweißte Schraube

einer Beilegschsibe 5 die Höheneinstellschraube 6 mit der Höheneinstellmutter 7
befestigt. Der Zapfen 6 der Höheneinstellechraube 6 greift in eine Aussparung
im Deckelinnenteil 2. Die Höheneinstell-Vorrichtung ist untren durch eine Verkleidung
