The invention relates to a Obstpresee according to e .. (patent application G 41 070 Ib 58b /) 9, a T raneportvorrichtung in the form of a grid-like, covered with an endless Freßtuch Tranaportbandes which is serves to c'_as v.ii8riipresse) lde jut ochubweise under
to guide at least one pressing step, and at the min-
destuns in the region of the first webs for Preßetufe lateral limitation of the material placed on the conveyor belt
brought goods to be pressed are arranged.
The invention is based on the object of improving the performance of the fruit press according to the main patent. The performance of the press according to the main patent is limited by the fact that the layer of the material to be pressed out must not exceed a certain thickness if a good juice yield is to be achieved. This is due to the fact that, with increasing layer thickness, the ratio of volume to surface of the product to be pressed decreases and the escape of the juice becomes increasingly more difficult as a result.
tion be l 1 Lbiz; vergrößert werden könnte.
möglich, in weiterer
Preßtuoh an-
getrieben sein und vorzugsweise mit der entsprechenden
Unlenkrolle für erste Rostband in Antriebsverbindung
stehen.
To Uri still squeeze the material with high efficiency in one operation larger quantities, the invention provides that at least one additional occupied with a Prefltuch grate is provided between the resting on the Pressent.sch first grate belt and the press dies, the bin laterally tight reaches up to the delimitation webs. The material to be pressed out can be applied to each additional grate in the same thickness as on the grate of the press after the start, because the individual layers are separated from one another and the ratio of volume to surface of each layer is the same. By entering The grids are switched on and the grids are opened
created to allow the juice to drain well. According to the invention it is thus möalioh, two or more layers of the material from $ upressen equilateral, so that the heigturgefähigkeit * the rlaschine can be multiplied in accordance with relatively little effort. In one embodiment of the invention, an additional grate is formed by an endless food belt which, like the associated PreBtuoh, is guided over pulleys h. It would be possible, for example , to guide the second grate belt completely around the outside of the first grate belt and to guide the grate belt and the press bed through the same washing device as the first root edge and the baffle cloth assigned to it. times the invention can be achieved in that the castors for is # additional rust belt and the $ uge-
hearing press blanket disposed above the first grating strip before and behind the Prensenstufen and zwi.-rule the rollers extending Trumme the bands tightly .übereinander pass between the first grating strip and the press dies. The doubling of the grate belt in the area of the press stages has the particular advantage that it creates particularly large spaces for the juice to drain off. Furthermore, after such a design of the press possible, in a further embodiment of the invention, the deflecting roller arranged in front of the first pressing stage approximately in the middle between the deflecting roller for the first grate belt and the harvesting press stage and between the deflecting roller for the first grate belt and the Umienkrolle for the further grate belt a harvest Beledes; a tion for the first grate belt and to be arranged between the deflection roller for the second grate belt and the harvest bounce of an additional loading station for the second grate belt. In another embodiment of the invention, the further grids can also be formed from the individual PreBatufen allocated grate plates which are only in Direction of the PreßB'tempel are movably guided and
the endless one guided over pulleys. Press cloth are spanned. The press is in this case in the. out in the same way as described above for the other grate belt with the press cloth. Such an embodiment can be particularly advantageous if more than two layers are to be processed in the press, in which case additional grate reducers and additional fixed grids assigned to the individual pressing stages can be combined with one another. The arrangement of such grate plates assigned to the individual pressing stages enables a somewhat space-separating arrangement. Arrangement as with the help of additional rust binders. The grate plates can be suspended from the stamps of the presses, for example, or they can have guide members on the side edges that engage in corresponding grooves of the lateral delimiting webs.

As already mentioned, en comes for a good pressing out the liquid depends on the surface from which the liquid from the pressed out material can heraustre- th is possible held high. T his is currently working then of importance when a press according to the inventions dung with several layers of nuszupreeeenden good. It is particularly important that all layers have the same ratio of surface area to volume of the material to be squeezed out . Des half is provided according to the invention that the Untersei- th of Preßatempel a grate-like profiling aufwei- een and are spanned by an endless Preßtuoh, which is guided over before and after the pressing stages arranged deflection rollers, is this measure of the pressed-out liquid, the possibility to withdraw and at the top of the uppermost Schictät pressed out from the right, similarly as is the case with the underlying layers.

a cloth 34 wrapped around rollers 22 and 33,
which is provided with loops 35 on its outside,
are in the grate bars 36 einäbcheben. A nolehe arrangement
tion has the advantage that the inner sides of the grate belt 21 lying close to one another in the area of the pressing steps are smooth and the strands of the grate belt that are moved against one another cannot stick to one another. All possible other embodiments of grate bands can of course also be used; in particular, instead of a cloth 34, a wire mesh or some other continuous support for the grate bars could also be used.

Maschine angeordnete Umlenkrolle
23 angetrieben. Bum An-

Vertikalbewegungen der Rolle 23 be-
dingt sind, auszugleichen.Since the rust belt 21 and the press fabric 25 is laid on it, pressed down while pressing the mash. it must be able to follow these movements. For this reason, the bearings for the pulleys 22 and 23 are in vertical scenes 3? arranged, which are indicated only schematically in Figs. The bearings are carried in these scenes in front of: springs 38 . The deflection roller 26 for the press blanket 25, which must always be kept tensioned, is, however, arranged in bearings which are inserted into horizontal links 39. Acts a horizontally disposed spring 40 on the bearing of the roller 26, which always holds the fabric 25 under tension. In order to drive the grate belt 21, which must be moved in the same cycle as the grate belt 3, the deflection roller 23 arranged at the exit of the machine is driven. Bum arrival drove this robe Dunt a chain drive, 41, a Antriebsve - @: connection between the roller 5 for. the grate belt 3 and the roll e.23 produces. A tension roller 42 serves to change the distance zesehen the rollers 5 and 23, which are that occurs from vertical movements of the roller 23 to compensate.
satz besonders wirksamer Tresterklopfer
geboten. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, besteht der erfindungsgemäß
vorge-

As can be seen from FIG. 2 , the pomace knocker provided according to the invention consists of a rod 43 directed transversely to the press cloth 25, which is fastened to the end of one or more push rods 44 which are mounted so as to be displaceable perpendicular to the press cloth. This bumper is pressed in the direction of the press cloth 25 by a strong spring 45. At the lower end, the ätoßetange has an arm 46 on which a Nodken3Cheibe 47, which is on a shaft is

is offset in such a way that the bumper 44
is drawn with the cross-bar 43 periodically down and then suddenly released and moves rapidly toward 'the cloth 25 by the spring 45, the transverse rod 43 strongly strikes against the underside of the cloth 25th In this way, a very effective solution of the pomace is achieved without the press cloth being excessively stressed.
The treatment knockers 9 acting on the lower press cloth 4 can of course be designed in the same way .

in
beliebiger Kombination Anwendung finden.
The embodiment of Fig. 3 differs from the one described previously essentially only in that the additional grids are not formed by a grate band, but of individual grate plates which are arranged below the Toggle Preßatempel 2 of the individual pressing stages. As is apparent from Figo 3, are also useful in the there illustrated embodiment, again a rust belt 3 and a press fabric 4 via the Freese Table 1 The rust belt 3 consists of individual 5 täben that nd secured to chains 14 and guided over rollers e @, of which in Fig. 3 the rollers 5 are visible at the exit of the machine. The juice channels 15 are arranged to the side of the press table. Furthermore, in the press according to FIG. 3, the two layers of the cloth 30 are arranged below the profiled ram 2, which the grate-like profiling. cover the stamp. .-side of the press: te w pel 2 are the limits: ungaateie. 51 an-
ordered, which are guided versnhiebbar with protruding arms 52 in stationary rails 53 and 54. The webs 51 are pressed against the top of the grid strip 3 by springs 55 which are supported on the one hand on the underside of the upper rail 54 and the other hand to an attached on the extension stop 52 56th The webs 51 are provided in the manner described in the main Patent manner Durohbrechungen and can beispiels-, be formed like a comb. They can be covered by a cloth, which is not shown in detail here , or combs can be provided which are attached to the stamp and engage in the recesses in the webs 51. The individual Preßatufen associated grate plates 57 have substantially the same size as the PREB-etempel 2 and have Führungestege 58 at their lying on the longitudinal edges of the press edges which e.ngreifen into corresponding achmale.Nuten 59 of Begrenzungestege 51st The guide bars 58 are mounted in the same rails 53 and 54 in a vertical direction displaced as the limiting webs 51. However, they are held by a spring 60 in a rest position, the belt approximately in the center between the surface of the grate 3 and the sub-hexes four Stamp 2 lies. To the. For this purpose, the? * or 60 is supported on the upper side of the lower rails 53 and presses a stop 61 arranged on the guide webs 58 against the underside of the upper rail 54 The punch 2 can be moved downward against the force of the springs 60 . The grate plates 57 are again spanned by a bounce cloth 62 which, similar to the bounce cloth 25 in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, is guided over pulleys, one of which can be driven to move the 2 tear cloth 62 in time with the machine . Furthermore, the press cloth 62 can also be passed through cleaning devices. The press doors 4 and 62 are kept so wide in this embodiment that their edges abut against the delimitation webs 51 and are easily folded over. When using the individual pressing stages assigned
Grate plates, it is necessary, the press also @m

would be. Such a support plate can protrude laterally beyond the grate belt or the tear cloth and then, for example, hung on the machine frame . It goes without saying that the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown , but that deviations therefrom are possible without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, it is possible to manufacture presses in which more than two layers are processed and then additional grids in the form of grate belts and individual grate plates can be combined with one another. Furthermore, it would also be possible to guide the additional grate strips in a different way than is shown in the drawing, although the embodiment shown is to be regarded as particularly expedient. The additional devices, which are not described in detail and which are customary in such presses, can also be used to any desired extent in the presses according to the invention. Furthermore, the number is. Any number of press stages, and even machines with only one press stage according to the invention can be manufactured. Furthermore, the invention is of course not restricted to fruit preeing, but rather. on presses of all kinds that are used for the task have to separate liquids from solids. Into the-
