Obet press The invention relates to an Obetprease according to patent (patent application G 33 033 Ib / 58b) with several process stages, the different pressing pressures with a transport device that has grids attached to their lateral ends on Tranaportketten, on which Preß.tücher are arranged, the edges for wrapping the goods to be pressed are movable, with guides for automatic wrapping of the cloth edges over the pressing material placed on the pressing cloths with the help of an allocation device which can be guided successively under the individual pressing stages with the help of the Tranaportvorrich "device, and with at least in the area of the pressing stages The purpose of the invention is to make the folding of the cloth edges extremely simple and particularly reliable and to design the devices required for this purpose and, in particular, to arrange the cloth so that the cloth keep it clean in a simple way can be.FThe invention consists in that on
the grids connected to the Tranaportketten - in a known manner, an endless cloth is placed under longitudinal tension and the edges of which are folded inwards at least in the area of the upper) for the transport of the goods to be pressed under the pressing stages and that in the area of the Allocation device guide members are arranged for straightening the edges. According to the invention, the edges of the cloth are turned over outside of the area in which the cloth serves to receive the goods to be squeezed out or their residues. This makes it possible for the edges to be turned in without great resistance by means of simple guide links. In the upper run of the belt, the folded edges of the belt strive to maintain their folded position. T he erecting these edges in the region of the distribution device, a section of U-shaped cross section is provided, is well fillable in which the pressed out mash. After passing through the dispensing device, the edges of the tape, by virtue of their inherent tension, rest on the material to be pressed out again, so that it is essentially enclosed by the cloth. It goes without saying that after the goods have been prepared, further guide links are provided in order to fully spread the cloth again and to release the residues so that they can be removed from the belt guided over four pulleys arranged at the corners of a square and the guide members for folding in the edges of the cloth are arranged in the area of the ascending strand of the cloth. The cloth lies under tension, but otherwise freely on the grate of the transport device in a known manner and guided over special, spring-loaded deflection rollers.
In this embodiment of the invention, the ascending run of the cloth, which is lifted from the grate, is guided over a transverse web, which carries guide plates for folding in the cloth edges. The web is attached to arms which are mounted so that they can be pivoted and which are under tension so that the web is pressed against the inside of the cloth. Also are at the free ends. the arm adjusts the pulleys for the cloth. These pulleys are provided with a thread-like profile, with the help of which the cloth is kept wide by the rotation of the rollers, so an outward force is exerted on the cloth edges. A further roller is arranged parallel to the expander roller, which faces the expander the
roller is pressed so that / cloth between these two
Rollers is jammed. This ensures that uncontrolled rolling in or folding in of the edges of the cloth is avoided with certainty.
The inventive guidance of the transport device Gi with the tape
makes it possible to provide a washing device with rotating brushes,
where according to the invention the lower run of the transport device passes. Farther
the washing device according to the invention has water nozzles, the jet of which is directed to the
Famous place between brush and grate or band is directed, with below
the brushes and nozzles are provided for the washing water. Particularly
It is advantageous to lift the cloth off the grate in the area of the washing device
and to arrange three brushes parallel to each other, of which the middle ones are between
Cloth and grate. According to the invention, the brushes are parallel to the
Layers of the grate and cloth, but at an angle of preferably 450 to the direction of movement
the transport device arranged. Due to the inclination of the brushes, the
washed-out dirt is sure to drift off the belts to the side.
Bei der erfindungegemäßen Obstpresse könnten sich Schwierigkeiten
dadurch ergeben, daß die Oberfläche der
auszupressenden Maische
in direkten Kontakt kommen könnte.
abdeckertde.Difficulties could arise with the fruit press according to the invention

This device has two angle levers 10 which are pivotably mounted in the area of their apex in the machine frame. At the ends of the arms 11 extending downward, two rollers 12 and 13 are mounted, of which the inner roller 12 is wrapped by the cloth 7. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the contours of the guide plates 21 are adapted to the desired course of the folded-in edges 25 of the cloth 7.

The tension exerted on the cloth in the upper run, which rests entirely on the grate structure 26 , is able to hold the folded edges 25 'of the cloth, which is imparted to them by the guide plates. This makes it possible to arrange 27 perpendicular rollers 28 in the area of the feed hopper indicated schematically in FIGS. 1 and 2 Zitteilvorrichtung to which the cloth edges 25 anlau- from the outside 'fen and which serve to raise up the cloth edges. After the material to be brushed has been filled in, the mi "äl-, c) .. naportvor-direction brings this material step-by-step into the area of the pressing stages 30, 32 and 33- (FIG. 1) 9, which work with different pressures, in such a way that the material is pressed to an increasing extent. It is not practical, as a rule, the edges pursue 25 of the cloth so far as to cover the filled Good complete. to prevent the stamp of the press directly to the pressed out Good come into contact and the material thereby adheres to the press rams, an additional cloth 34 is arranged between the rams and the transport device, then runs over deflection rollers 35 and 36 which are arranged in front of and behind the press stages. at least one of which is designed as a tensioning pulley

Liehe cloth 34 runs in two layers parallel to the upper True of the Tranaportvorrichtung under the stamps of the pressing stages 309 32 and 33 . One of the rollers guiding the belt 34, preferably the roller 36 closest to the driven rollers 1 , is also driven, specifically in such a way that the belt 34 runs synchronously with the transport device, especially with the cloth 7 . In this way, trouble-free> pressing out of the good e. Is ensured in every respect, even if the good adheres somewhat to the additional cloth 34. By deflecting the cloth on the roller 36, any rent remaining on the cloth 34 can be released and fall back on the TranaportvorrIchtung. Following the pressing stages, further guide members are provided along the 'tranaport device for laying the cloth edges on top # which are provided with guide plates 38 which press the cloth edges 25 outwards # so that the now pressed product 29' is released for removal from the cloth. The baffles 38 AWD by means of arms 39 fixed to rods 40 which bear from the outside on the chosen cloth edges and ensure that the cloth edges do not open prematurely, moreover, these members are mounted 38 on the machine frame 40 in any desired manner, and adjustable to the respective width of the cloth. The now released extruded Good 29 falls essentially by deflecting -. Of the transport device over the rollers 1 of the cloth-7, and "passes as it Pig 1 shows # into a discharge chute 41. In the chute 41 is a rotary brush 42 for Removal of residues which are picked up by a further channel 43. Thereafter, the grate belt 5, 6 with the cloth 7 lying on it is guided over the deflection rollers 2. Here, with the aid of deflection rollers or rollers 44 and 45, the cloth 7 is separated from achieved the rust belt 6, both of which, after passing through the regions 9 the lower Trummen to aer uauen "aize- to 46 meet again. Germany the aforementioned region 9 of the lower run, eB of the Trane port device in which the grate 6 and the cloth 7 are separated from one another, a washing device is provided. It goes without saying that the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment shown, but that many variations are possible without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, it is possible to arrange the devices for inserting and opening the cloth edges in other places than those shown. Without waltereu it would be possible to attach the device for folding in the fabric edges in the horizontal run of the tranaport device in front of the ZU-Teilvorrichtung. However, this would have the disadvantage of a greater overall length while the height of the machine, which is already required by the girders for the preparation tables, is not increased by arranging the deflection device in the ascending strand of the transport device. Furthermore, it would be possible to arrange the device for opening the edges in the sloping strand of the trausport device. This would further reduce the overall length of the machine. Furthermore, it would be possible to design the links for folding and opening as well as for erecting the cloth edges in a different way. Also, the additional cloth 34 does not necessarily break to be driven. In addition, it would also be possible to equip the washing facility with a different number of offices and with water-free other2 porms. Further deviations from the embodiment shown can also result in particular from the fact that in the embodiment of the invention only individual features of the invention are used individually or several in any combination. Finally, the stamps and / or the tables of the Prenaen could also be heated # in order to prevent too rapid cooling of heated and hot Obat mash,
