Description

Der Durch- Cutter head The invention relates to a cutter head with cutting edges arranged in its circumferential area, The invention is based on the Au.L'öabe, an Iesäer'iyopy of the eia @ an .. GerzariLl-th kind, with which @ u. Cleaning, roughing and light work are carried out mocking, without this putting an additional strain on the head cutting or eire '@ Terschlechtu.-a; the surface quality of the machined workpiece to L "'dge. When the additional chisel is used as a tear-open tool, the cutting edge is designed like the other cutter head cutting edges and protrudes in the radial direction of the Lesserkopfi body beyond the cutting edges following in the direction of rotation of the cutter head. In this case, however, the chisel does not know the depth of cut to which the other Hessian cutting edges are set. When working with the cutter head, such a ripping chisel is used to pre-position the surface to be milled, so to speak, before the other cutter head blades engage on the workpiece. As a result, the tear-off chisel alone absorbs the increased stresses caused, for example, by a cast lump, which consequently can no longer have a damaging effect on the other cutterhead cutting edges. In addition, by pre-leveling the workpiece surface, it is achieved that the remaining cutter head cutting edges can be set to an optimal cutting depth, which varies as the cutter head runs. This would not be possible if the other cutting edges came into contact with the workpiece without the preparatory work of the ripping chisel. If the additional hot tool (s) is / are designed as a finishing chisel, the other cutting edges of the cutter head protrude beyond the chisel cutting edge in its radial direction; in axial i @ ichtu-ib, however, they are behind the I ° Isissel cutting edge. In this way, it is ensured that the finishing chisel or chisels rework the surface leveled by the other chisel edges when the cutter head is in operation. As a rule, the number of normal cutter head cutters arranged on the cutter head body is significantly higher than In order to enable the Defe -, - t; iguiigssciiraubeii 9 to engage in the threaded bores 11 of the bolt 12, connecting bores 14 are provided between the recess 8 and the bolt bore 13. These V @ er% iilduri [.; Rsbohrungen 14 extend essentially radially and are widened in the direction of displacement of the clamp holder 6 nutari, ie. If a clamp holder 6 is to be displaced in the axial direction of the cutter head, only the connection between it and the bolt 12 is easily loosened. Then the clamp holder 6 and the bolt 12 connected to the clamp holder by the screws 8 can be easily shifted in the axial direction of the lesser head and then fastened again with respect to the cutter head body. In the exemplary embodiment, the connecting bores 14 start from a chamber 15 which is arranged in the area where the two side surfaces of the groove 8 meet. The shaft of the clamp holder 6 is provided with a lateral recess 16 approximately in the middle. The longitudinal extension of this recess 16 is limited in the longitudinal direction of the chisel. A pin 17 is attached to the side surface of the groove 8 facing the recess 16 and engages in the recess 16 when the clamping holder 6 is installed. The through
