Die Mittelklemme hat zweckmäßig quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt und läßt sich der aus gewalztem Profil hergestellten Schiene anwalzen. Hierdurch ergibt sich bei Sicherung gegen Lageänderung der Schutzko*taktstücke eine Arbeitsersparnis und eine innige Kontaktverbindung, die sich auch im Gebrauch (besonders in muhen Betrieben) nicht lockern kann.
