her-
gestellt wird. Releasable pipe connection The invention relates to a detachable pipe joint with two connecting pieces, wherein one of the two connecting sleeve, a collar is arranged with sealing ring and the connection between the two connection pieces by the collar of a Anschlußstutzens.hintergreifende and means Gewiade, with the arrival of which connecting piece connectable Union nut is produced.
Lösbare Verbindungen der vorgenannten Art sind häufig
erforderlich,
h = 0,5 . (h1 + 3h2) wobei h2 = der Länge des zylindrischen Auflageteils

It is also often necessary that the sealing surfaces are not rotated against each other when the connection is made, but that the position of the sealing surfaces with respect to one another should be arbitrary. There are already releasable connections with interchangeable parts known. For example, it is known to connect the two connecting pieces to one another by means of a split clamping ring. 8s it is also known to use double nuts each with a right-hand and a left-hand thread or double nuts with so-called differential threads in which threads of different pitch in the same direction are provided to connect two pipe sections. Finally, it is also known to connect two sealing surfaces to one another by means of pressure screws arranged at an angle to the pipe axis. Although these known devices allow the connecting pieces to be exchanged in a simple manner, their production is relatively expensive: It is also known to connect two connection pieces, each with a flange ring, by means of a central pressure screw or by means of a union nut. In these known devices, it is necessary to arrange a flange that is soldered, welded on or pressed on by cold deformation on at least one of the two connecting pieces. The connecting piece then engages behind the collar and is connected to the other connecting piece in a manner known per se - for example by means of a thread - in such a way that the sealing surfaces arranged on the two connecting pieces are pressed against one another. The inner diameter of the part of the connecting piece arranged to grip behind the collar must be smaller than the outer diameter of the collar. It is therefore necessary in the aforementioned known devices to bring the connecting pieces over the pipe end before the application and finishing of the collar and the sealing surface. This has the disadvantage that an exchange of the connecting piece - as is often necessary in practice - is not possible. In order to avoid this disadvantage - especially when the pipe end and the collar have to be made from one piece - multi-part connecting pieces have already been used. The disadvantage here, however, is that this increases the cost of manufacture and assembly. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages of the previously known detachable connections and to create a connection which is simple to produce, but nevertheless easily replaceable. This object is achieved by means of a releasable connection with two connecting pieces and a recess provided for connecting the connection piece, an engaging behind at one arranged of the two connecting sleeve collar nut, in accordance with the invention, the ring-shaped contact surface between the collar and nut to two mutually opposite interruptions of a size permissible for the surface pressure is reduced so that the union nut can be tilted over the collar. It has been found to be very useful to choose the outer radius of the federal government so that Is .wobei S - inner radius of the wrap of the union nut, r - outer radius. of the neck of the fret, a - half the length of the chord ,. the circular arc of the boundary circle of the contact surface between the collar and the collar created by the interruptions, h a minimum distance of the contact point of the collar on the neck of the collar connector to the contact surface of the collar when the collar nut is slipped over the collar h1- length of the cylindrical contact part of the collar is. A preferred embodiment according to the invention is that interruptions are provided by recesses in the union nut or in the collar of the connecting piece, through which the annular contact surface between the collar and union nut is reduced in a size permissible for the surface pressure so that the union nut over the Bund is tiltable. This makes h = 0.5 . (h1 + 3h2) where h2 = the length of the cylindrical support part of the cap. In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the releasable connection according to the invention are shown. 1 shows the socket of the pipe connection designed according to the invention with a laterally flattened collar in cross section, Fig. 2 shows the union nut of the pipe connection according to the invention in longitudinal section and the collar and collar socket in the position required for installation or removal, Fig. 3 shows the union nut according to Fig. 2 in Cross section, Fig. 4 shows the connection piece with collar of another embodiment in cross section, Fig. 5 shows the detachable pipe connection according to the invention with connection piece according to Fig. 4 and with union nut with recesses in the position required for installation or removal in longitudinal section, Fig. 6 shows the union nut according to Fig-. 5 in cross section, Fig. the detachable pipe connection according to the invention in longitudinal section.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the collar 2 provided on the connecting piece 1 has two parallel surfaces 3 and 4 running parallel to the axis of the connecting piece, the distance 2a according to the invention being chosen so that the perpendicular to the pipe axis lying. Is the contact area between the collar and the union nut? is reduced by about a third. In this embodiment, this is the bearing surface of the collar 2. To be placed on the connecting piece 1 , the union nut? with the inner diameter 2S of the cap 6 - as best shown in FIG. 2 - placed in front of the neck of the connecting piece 1 and tipped over the collar 2. According to the invention, the circle determined in the tilted position by the end points B and C of the tendon 2a and the contact point A of the cap 6 on the neck of the connecting piece 1 is equal to or smaller than the inner circle of the cap 6 determined by the radius S Union nut? t behind the throw 6 - as in Fig.? can be seen - the collar 2 so that there is a sufficiently large contact surface between the collar and the cover. If now the cap nut screwed 7 in known manner by means of the thread 8 with the threaded connection piece 9, there arises -. As also shown in FIG 7 seen - a tight pipe connection, wherein provided for sealing in a conventional manner, a sealing ring 12 .. 4 to 6 show a further embodiment of the detachable pipe connection according to the invention, in which two opposing recesses are provided in the bearing surface of the union nut . The advantage of the detachable housing compound of the invention lies in the fact it DSSS despite the solderless one-piece exemplary of the collar connector simply quietly is possible to make a tight connection, but does at the same well to solve in case of need and - if necessary - to exchange the items .
