b)."Drive for traction vehicles". The main application relates to a drive for traction vehicles, in particular for vehicles driven by electric motors with a motor and gear unit fixed in the bogie or frame, with a hollow shaft arranged concentrically above the drive wheel axis in the non-deflected state, producing the power transmission between the large wheel and the drive wheel axis Two power transmission systems with different mechanical properties are arranged at the ends of the hollow shaft, and one system has a cardanic and / or axial mobility, while the other system has a circumferential elasticity between the input and output shaft, according to patent ...... (patent application B 65 196 I1 / 20 b ) .
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Antrieb mit einer

Another solution to the problem is achieved in that the power transmission from the large gear to the hollow shaft is a system of articulated levers acting on the one hand on the large gear and on the other hand on the hollow shaft and the power transmission from the hollow shaft to the drive wheel by means of a bolted disk connected to the hollow shaft takes place .. whose bolts engage in openings of the drive wheel and are supported against the inner walls of the openings by elastic elements. A solution to the task is that the power transmission from the large gear to the hollow shaft is a system of articulated levers acting on the one hand on the large gear and on the other hand on the hollow shaft and the power transmission from the hollow shaft to the drive wheel by means of a star-shaped ring rigidly attached to the hollow shaft outwardly directed projections and corresponding inwardly directed lugs arranged on the wheel rim of the drive wheel, which are supported against the projections of the ring fastened on the hollow shaft by elastic elements. Embodiments of drives according to the invention are shown in FIGS. 1-4. Fig. 1 shows a drive with a power transmission from the large wheel to the hollow shaft through an articulated coupling and a power transmission from the hollow shaft to the drive wheel through a rubber element coupling in a partially cut-away state. FIG. 2 shows a section through the drive according to FIG. 1 along the line AA. In Fig '3 is a drive with a power transmission from the large wheel to the hollow shaft, as shown in Fig. 1 and a power transmission from the hollow shaft to the drive wheel with a rubber element coupling in which wedge-shaped lugs engage in the recesses of these elements, in perspective in a partially cut-open state, while in FIG. 4 a section through the drive according to FIG. 3 along the line BB is drawn. In Figs. 1 - 4sind with 1 and 1 ', the driving wheels, with 2 loading large wheel, with 3 and the hollow shaft 4 which draws lreibradachse.t. In the case of the articulated lever coupling, 5 denotes the articulated levers, 6 denotes the joints connected to the large wheel, and 7 denotes the joints of the joint coupling which are connected to the hollow shaft. The parts of the coupling, which is elastic in the circumferential direction, are denoted in FIGS. 1 and 2 as follows: 11: circular ring sector-shaped rubber parts which are inserted into ring ".." -shaped sleeves 10. The ring-shaped sleeves 1.0 are in circular bores 15, which are in the Drive wheel 1 'are inserted. With 12 are the bolts which are inserted into the inner rings formed from the circular ring sector-shaped elements 11 .-- and with 13 the star-shaped, fixedly connected to the hollow shaft carrier of these bolts 12. Those from the parts 5 - 7 existing articulated coupling has the task of a cardanic and axial mobility of the hollow shaft with respect to the large wheel fixed in the bogie frame Those made of rubber or another material with similar elastic properties Manufactured elements 11 are inserted into a sleeve 10, which in turn '. of the drive wheel 11 are inserted. In the inner ring, which is formed by the rubber elements 11, '_, the bolts i2 are inserted, which are firmly connected to the hollow shaft 3 via the star-shaped disk 13. The rubber elements can be circular or oval or have a different shape: The sleeves 10 and the bores into which the rubber elements are inserted also have a corresponding shape. In the exemplary embodiment, two circular
set. The subdivision can also be made into more than 2 elements. The subdivided elements can also have an oval shape or some other shape deviating from the circular shape. The rubber elements can also be designed as closed disks.

When the motor vehicle starts up or accelerates, the rubber elements 11 are mainly subjected to thrust, including pressure. A certain amount of rotation of the hollow shaft with respect to the drive wheel axis in the circumferential direction is permissible, as is desired. Likewise, with the same type of stress, a cardanic mobility of the hollow shaft 3 with respect to the drive wheel axle 4 is possible. In the radial direction, the rubber elements 11: _ have a hard elasticity, so that a perfect central guidance of the hollow shaft is guaranteed.
For a long time, the coupling elements 11 and 14 ensure the necessary properties for driving a traction vehicle, namely a large parallel or angular and axial displaceability of the axis of the large wheel with respect to the drive wheel axis, sufficient elasticity of the hollow shaft in the circumferential direction with respect to the drive wheel and a centrically unbalance-free extension of the Hollow shaft through the drive wheel set. In principle, it is also possible to swap the articulated coupling with the rubber element coupling. In such an arrangement, the articulated coupling is used to connect the hollow shaft to the drive wheel and the rubber element coupling is used to connect the large gear and the hollow shaft the same reference numerals as in Figs. 1 and 2 for use

Just like the one in the Pig. 1 and 2-illustrated drive has

To ensure the hollow shaft through the drive wheel. The rubber elements 1? are under pressure

is guaranteed. With a cardanic movement of the hollow shaft with respect to the drive wheel
these rubber elements have a soft elasticity, these elements predominantly
are stressed on thrust. Even when using this rubber element coupling,
as in the case of the coupling shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and described above
central guidance of the hollow shaft realized on the large wheel. Also in FIGS. 3 and

sufficient elasticity of the hollow shaft in the circumferential direction with respect to the drive wheel

and hollow shaft is used. The invention is based on the embodiment shown in the drawing
not bound. There are different design variants for the rubber element couplings shown
possible. For example, the disk 13, not as shown, must be star-shaped, they
can also be designed as a full disk. It is also possible to use the projections

the lugs 16 connected to the drive wheel can be in the axial direction
