Description
Lagereg und Halterung von Rohrspiralen in Warmwasser-Durchflußboilern Bei Warmwasser-DurchfLußboilern werden üblicherweise Rohrschlangen aui; Kupfer in einen von Heizwasser durchströmten Behälter eingebaut. Die Verbindung der Hohrschiangen mit dem Behälter erfolgt dabei durch metallische Elemente. Ein bekannter Nachteil dieser Verbindungsa.rt besteht darin, daß eine elektro-chemIsche Korrosion und somit eine frühzeitige Zerstörung der Halterung auftritt. Außerdem führt die Halterung der Rofirspiralen durch metallische Elemente lelch zu unerwünschten Leit4ngsgeräuschen und Druckschlägen, da die Hohrspirale bei schnellem Schließen der Entnahmeventile hohen Drucketößen ausgesetzt ist. Diese Leitun'gsgeräusche wirken sich In der Wohnung besonders unangenehm und unerträglich aus. Mit dervorliegenden Erfindung sollerY die erwähriten Nachteile beseitigt werden. Dieses geschieht erfindu.ngsgemäß dadurch, daß die Rohrapiralen in Hartholzleiaten eingespannt sind, die durch.Laschen mit dem Behältermantel vegbunden sind. Vorzugswdise werden jeweils zwei 'Uber die Höhe der Rohrepiralen durchlaufende, an der Innen- und Außenwand des von den Rohrspiralen gebildeten Hohlzylinders anliegende Hartholzleinten verwendet, die durch entsprechende Verbindungselemente miteinander und mit der Behälterwand verbunden sind. Die Befestigung der Rohrschlangen unter Zwischenschaltung von Hartholzleisten verhindert die gefürchtete Kontaktkorrosion. Außerdem können die Rohrschlangen fest eingespannt werden.
