Description
In particular, the invention can be implemented in various ways will. Generally one will set up one for all eligible coins Provide coin validator. According to the invention, it is located in the mouth of the coin store on the Coin disc a switch operated by the coins to turn on the coin switch arranged driving motor, so that this, for example controlled by the dispensing counter the dispenser can be switched on as long as there are Mainzen in the coin store. In a preferred embodiment are on the circumference one of the control discs two opposing control grooves or squats arranged so that through this control disk operated the switch switch the motor after every half turn of the control discs and the coin disc switches off Coin located in the coin receiving pocket from the coin store to the. Money collecting bin To ensure the leading coin channel, two coin receiving pockets are useful provided, which are arranged opposite one another on the circumference of the coin disc.
The mouths of the coin store and the one leading to the money container In this case, coin channels are opposite to one another, based on the coin disc Positions arranged: In order to enable the described control in a simple manner, the invention provides that the control discs and the coin disc on a common Shaft are arranged.
In an advantageous embodiment, the second control disk points to Actuation of the switch assigned to it on its circumference two opposite one another Sets of control grooves or squares, the number of which per set is equal to that multiple is, with which the smallest admissible coin is contained in the-largest admissible coin is. The control grooves of each set have the same distance from one another and extend according to the invention over an angular range which is equal to that of the The length of the touch surface of the touch lever is the corresponding angle of rotation of the coin disc The action surface of the tactile lever also has as many levels as different, borrowed Coin types are permitted, with the coin disc rotating in the direction of the Mouth of the coin store to the coin fertilizer of the coin channel leading to the money collecting container first step protrudes the furthest, as well as every 'step -together with the previous has a length which is such a large multiple of the length of the first Level is like the value of the smallest permitted coin in that of the respective Level associated coin is included. It is also expedient to use the touch lever operated switch with the switch operated by the second control disk in Arranged in a row. The pulses generated by the switch of the second control disc are thus only allowed through the switch of the tactile lever as long as this from the passed coin is operated. The arrangement and training of the Control grooves or notches on the second control disc and the stepped touch surface ensure on the feeler that a total of only so many pulses of the device, as corresponds to the value of the coin being scanned. The invention also recommends that the coin store be designed as a coin store channel and to be covered by a transparent wall on the outside so that it can be recognized at any time can be how many coins are still in the coin store.
The money return can be achieved Thus, the invention proposes that the leading to the coin return Schäle coin channel in the direction of rotation of the coin disc leads from the mouth of the coin store for sensing lever beyond the mouth of the coin channel to Galdsammelbehälter at the coin disc and the coin disc driving motor for on different manner Money return is reversible by means of a hand switch. After activating this manual switch, the tapping process is aborted and the hftinz disc now brings the coins one after the other from the coin store into the coin channel leading to the money return tray in the opposite direction of rotation. As a further embodiment. The invention proposes that the coin channel leading to the money return tray connects to the mouth of the coin store and can be locked there by a solenoid-operated slide which, in the closed position, directs the first coin in the coin store into the coin receptacle of the coin disc. Appropriately:. The solenoid-operated slide opens when it is energized. failure and only closes in a manner known per se when a coin is inserted. Finally, a manually operated switch is also provided here, which opens the magnet-operated slide for the purpose of returning money.
The advantages achieved by the invention consist essentially in the fact that the coin-operated device according to the invention is a return-of the Zapfvorg.ang unused coins. enables. In addition to this functional advantage dds coin slot device according to the invention compared to the known embodiments much easier to build. and only needs a single coin validator: That: The device can easily be designed in such a way that even in the event of a power failure, the Coins in the coin store are returned.
In the following, the invention is based on a mere one .Ausführungabebeispiel illustrative drawing explained in more detail; The figures show: FIG. 1 an example according to the invention Coin slot device in a schematic representation, Fig. 2 is another Embodiment of a coin inserting device according to the invention In Fig. L is a coin inserting device shown schematically, the coin A is inserted into the slot B and if you press a switch C there, it will pass the coin validator D. Wrong coins are thrown back through the slot Ein the money return, while approved Coins get into the slot F. In this shaft F there is a switch G, which is operated by a magnet H.
The above-mentioned switch C switches, if power is available, a Fier not shown relay, which the magnet H power: bt. The magnet H pulls the switch G to the right and lets the coin roll into the coin collecting channel J, which is the coin store. This channel J is covered to the outside by a transparent wall, so that the customer can see the entire supply of coins located in this channel. At the end of the coin collecting channel J there is a switch K which is actuated by the first coin inserted. This switch K switch a relay, not shown, which allows the motor L to start. On the shaft M sits a first control disk 0 with two control grooves opposite one another by 180 °. Actuate the switch P, which ensures that the motor L receives current for half a revolution. The second control disk Q, which carries two opposing sets of five control grooves each, switches the switch R five times. Furthermore, the coin disc N sits on the shaft .M, and the first coin is located in the coin receiving pockets S of which are located. During half a revolution of the motor h and the coin disc N, the coin A, which protrudes from the pocket of its millimeters, is taken along and touches the feeler lever as it rotates. T, which operates a switch U. Depending on the diameter of the coin, the tactile lever T, which has a tactile surface milled out like a link, is pressed for a longer or shorter time against the spring V to the left and actuates the switch U. If the switch R is connected to a power source, it is switched off at half a Rotation of the second control disk-Q generate five current pulses. These current pulses are passed through the switch U and fed to a counter. The five control grooves on the control disk Q are assigned the feeler lever T 'with its scenes. The relationships shown are chosen so that the smallest coin corresponds to a 1 DM piece, the next larger to a 2 DM piece and the largest to a 5 DM piece. The smallest coin, for example 1 DM, actuates the feeler lever T from the leading edge 1 to the trailing edge 2. During this time, the switch R emits a current pulse that U lets through, while all further pulses are held back by U because the feeler lever_T is already back has returned to the starting position. The next larger coins in diameter, e.g. 2 DM, hold the sensing lever from its leading edge 1 to the trailing edge 3: - so that two impulses are allowed through here: Similarly, an even larger coin, e.g. 5 DM, holds the sensing lever from the leading edge 1 to the trailing edge 4 and - the switch U will now let through five impulses. After passing the entire tactile lever, the coin falls into the coin channel W leading to the money collecting container. With the arrangement described, each coin gives a number of pulses according to its value, the counter of the dispensing system (not shown). On the front panel of the coin slot device there is also the return button X, which gives the motor 1 a clockwise start-up pulse. Provided that the relay operated by switch K is still switched on, ie as long as there are still coins in coin collection channel J. The motor 1 triggered by the return button X drives the coin disc, this time in a clockwise direction. The mints still in the coin collecting channel J are collected one after the other in the coin receiving bay S and come through the channel Y to return money. The motor carries out this rotation, controlled by relays, until the switch K reports that there are no more coins in the slot. FIG. 2 shows an arrangement of a coin slot device according to the invention, which is simplified compared to FIG. The parts corresponding to the device according to FIG. 1 are provided with the same reference numerals. Here, the coin channel Y leading to the money return tray connects directly to the mouth of the coin store and can be locked there by a solenoid-operated slide Z, which in the closed position directs the first coin in the coin collecting channel J into the coin receiving pocket S of the coin disc N. The slide Z disappears in the event of a power failure and only appears when a new coin is inserted. The switch X now only serves to pull the slide back for the purpose of returning the money. The motor 1 driving the coin notes N does not need to be reversible, since the coin disc is now used exclusively for transporting the coins into the channel W leading to the gold collecting container.
