Description
The present invention relates to an electrical impulse capacitor with face contact, preferably Winding capacitor in which each of the electrodes consists of at least two conductively connected, There are thin metal layers capable of being regenerated, between which there is a insulating material layer is located and the regenerable thin metal layers on one side on separate insulating material layer located and the regenerable generators that can withstand a high pulse load must, are preferably used as regenerating capacitors, especially as metal paper capacitors, carried out, as this on the one hand as a result of the contacting by spraying on end contact layers have a low inductance and, on the other hand, a high inductance due to the ability to regenerate Have dielectric strength. The extremely high currents that result from such capacitors the impulse load occur (e.g. 100,000 A for capacitors with a capacity of 1 μΡ and an operating voltage of 20,000 V), but lead quickly to the destruction of the metal coating, in particular at the edge connected to the front contact layer. Such capacitors can therefore only can be used for about 1,000 to 100,000 discharges. The operability can be achieved by using thicker metal coverings and arrangement of high edge reinforcements are extended; these Measures can only be used to a limited extent, however, since on the one hand they reduce the -not -not-anymore-quite-easy to master Regeneration security is impaired, on the other hand difficulties in the vapor deposition of such coatings occur, the z. B. consist in the fact that the dielectric is excessive when large amounts of metal are deposited is heated. Furthermore, the winding of such tapes is difficult because of the strong Edge reinforcement the tape is significantly stronger at the edge than on the non-reinforced side.
From French patent specification 1 286 559 an electrical capacitor is known in which each of the electrodes consists of two electrically connected, regenerable thin metal layers. There is a field-free space between the metal layers that form an electrode an insulating layer. The regenerable thin metal layers are on separate insulating foils upset. The known capacitor is not suitable for pulse purposes because. its dielectric Ordered from layers of lacquer, which are only for storage relatively low energies are suitable. _ In addition, jsmd. die.-protruding at the front The edges of the covering covered by layers of varnish.
From the German patent specification 747 338 is a Known electrical capacitor in which the frontal protruding occupancy edges are arranged in a stepped manner are. This is a capacitor in which each occupancy consists of a single Metallization is formed. The step-like offset is made possible by the sloping edge of the Capacitor bands achieved. This inclined course of the edge is extremely important in capacitor production difficult to do.
From the German patent specification 832 640 an electrical capacitor in which the electrodes consist of insulating strips coated with vapor on both sides is known. When the front contact layers are applied, the two metallizations, which form an electrode, are gripped unevenly. Furthermore, there is a risk that the metal layers of: the remote from the obliquely incident Schoopstrahl side are not detected.
The German Auslegeschrift 1 048 352 describes the oblique spraying of the contact metal on the End faces of a wound capacitor as a known process step.
The object of the invention is to arrange the metallizations so that the covering edges are exposed on the end faces and from one oblique Schoopstrahl be hit directly.
'The invention consists in that the thin metal layers point in the same direction and this Isolierstoffolien are arranged laterally offset from one another in a step-like manner in the capacitor that One edge strip of the metal layers protrudes on the sides and when the contact layer is sprayed on at an angle is recorded directly. '
.The figure can serve to further explain the invention. .
In the figure is a manufactured according to the invention Capacitor shown, where each of the assignments consists of two metal layers. These are the dielectric strips 3 provided on one side with regenerable thin metal layers 1 and 2 and 4 arranged in the capacitor such that the pads 1 and 2 together form an assignment and when spraying the forehead body layer 5 together connected and connected in parallel. Since the pads 1 and 2 point in the same direction and are offset from one another in such a way that an edge strip 6 and 7 of the assignment remains free for the contacting, secure contact is guaranteed.
