Gabelumschalter für Ferasprechteilnehmerapparate
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gabelumschalter für Fernsprechteil..
nehmerapparate, deren Kontaktfedersatz durch eine übergreifende
Haube
staubgeschützt ist und durch einen im Innern der_Haube angebrachten Ansatz
gesteuert wird.. Es ist ein Gabelumschalter bekannt, bei dem der stehend
ange-
ordnete Kontaktfedersatz von einem Schutzmantel
umgeben ist, der
von einer durch die Gabelauflage kippbaren
und die Kontakte steu-
ernden Haube abgedeckt ist.
Nachteilig bei
der bekannten Anordnung ist nicht nur ihre ver-
hältnismäßig große Bauhöhe,
sondern auch die schlechte Zugäng-
lichkeit der Kontaktvorrichtung
im Falle der Instandhaltung des
Fernsprechapparaten.
Die Nachteile
der bekannten Anordnung werden bei der Anordnung
gemäß der Erfindung vermieden.
Vorteilhaft tritt außerdem in Er-
scheinung, daß diese Anordnung mit einer
geringen Anzahl von
Bauteilen auskommt, die mit Ausnahme der wenigen
Metallteile im
Kunststoffspritzverfahren hergestellt werden können.
Die
Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die um eine parf'@-lel
zur Montagebasis des Fernsprechapparates angeordnete Achse
drehbare
Haube über ein Podest der Montagebasis .übergreift, auf
dem der Kontaktfedersatz
liegend angeordnet ist.
Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann
die Haube ini Falle
der Instandhaltung des Apparates soweit aus
ihrer Betriebslage
gedreht und abgenommen werden, daß der Xontaktfedersatz
frei
zugänglich ist.
Die Erfindung wird an Abbildungen erklärt.
Fig.
1 zeigt den Gesamtaufbau eines Gabelumschalters. In Fig. 2
ist die
Lagerung der staubschützenden Haube, in Fig. 3 die Lage
des Kontaktfedersatzes
auf dem Podest und in Fig. 4 die Art der
Kontaktbetätigung dargestellt.

1 zeigt die Montagebasis 1 eines Fernsprechteilnehmerappa#. rates.
Es befinden sich auf ihrer oberen Seite zwei schachtar-
tige Führungen
2 für die Handapparatauflagen 3, deren Bewegung
über Schalthebel 4
auf die staubschützende Haube 7 übertragen
wird. Von -den beiden Führungen
la, den -beiden Auflagen 3 und den
beiden Schalthebeln 4 ist jeweils
nur ein Stück dargestellt.
Die Haube weist zwei hakenförmige
Enden 7a auf, die in an der
Montagebasis angebrachte, querliegende Stifte
1e eingehangen sind. Diese Lagerung der Haube wird in Fig. 2 besonders
gezeigt, Die Haube kann nach einer Drehung um 90o abgenommen werden. Die
Seitenwände
der Haube 7 greifen in eine um eine podegtartige Er-
höhung
1g (Fig. 3) der Montagebasis laufende Rinne 5 ein und
schützen den auf
dem Podest 1g liegend angeordneten Kontaktfedersatz 6 gegen Verstaubung,
In beiden Betriebslagen der Haube,
also bei aufgelegtem und abgehobenem
Handapparat überlappen die
Haubenwände die Seitenwände des Podestes 1g.
Der Sockel 6a-des Kontaktfedersatzes 6 ist an einem Befestigungs-
auge
6b mittels einer Niete an der Montagebasis 1 befestigt, wo-
bei gleichzeitig
auch eine Rückführfeder 8 fUr die Haube 7 durch
diese Niete
gehalten wird.
Stiftartige Lötansätze 6c der Kontaktfedern können vorzugsweise
in
eine unterhalb der Montagebasis angebrachte flache Druckschal-
tungskarte
9 eingelötet werden. Die in Abhängigkeit von der Be-
wegung der
Handapparatauflagen 3 erfolgende Bewegung äer Haube 7
wird durch
einen konischen Nocken 7c (Fig. 4), der im Innern der
Haube 7 angebracht
ist, auf den Kontaktfedersatz 6 übertragen. The hood can be removed after rotating it through 90o.
