Die Warmhaltung mittels leicht schmelzender Salze nach einem bekannten Verfahren beruht
darauf, daß die das warmzuhaltende Gefäß umhüllende Salzmischung, nachdem sie von
der an das Gefäß von irgend einer Wärmequelle abgegebenen Wärme geschmolzen war und durch diesen Vorgang eine große Wärmemenge
gebunden hatte, diese Wärme allmählich freigibt und dem warmzuhaltenden Gefäßinhalt
