Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Abziehen von Bobinenetreifen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren x= Abziehen eines am freien Anfang pneumatieoh gehaltenen Bobinenstreifene unter etarter Besohleunigung und eine Vorriohtnng mr Ausübung diesen Verfahrens. Bei vielen Anwendungsfällen, insbesondere bei tabakver- arbeitenden Strangnauohinen wird ein Bobinenstreifen mIt hoher Geschwindigkeit von einer Streifenbobine abgezogen. Die Bobine dreht eich dabei in Ihrer Lagerung, während der Streifen unter Zugwirkung,die auf den bereits abgezogenen Streifen angesetzt ist, abgezogen wird. Soll von einer zunächst ruhenden Bobine ein Streifen mit hoher Geschw.n digkeit abgezogen werden, dann muee die Bobine dabei stark beschleunigt werden. Dabei auftretende Kräfte können dazu führen, dass der Bobineastreifen beschädigt wird oder- reißt. Bei automatischen Maeehinens die solche Bobinenstreifen per- arbeiten, insbesondere bei tabakverarbeitenden Strangma- sohinen, ergibt sich, die Notwendigkeit, aittelber im An- schluse en einen abgelaufenen Bobinenetreifen einen neuen Bobinenstreifen zuzuführen.--Dies soll möglichst ohne Unterm. brechuag der Bobinenstreifenzufuhr geschehen. Bei einer bekannten Bobinenwechselvorriahtung für eine Strangziga- rettenmasohine wird -au diesem Zweck der Anfang des Streifens einer vollen Bobine bereitgehalten und, sobald die laufende Bebine eich ihrem Ende nähert, in die Bahn de®. laufenden Bobinenetreifene eingefädelt. Die Haltevorrichtung fair den Anfang den neuen Bobinenstreifens - i.st pneumatisch ausgebildet uiid, gibt den neuen Bobinenstreifen dann frei.. - Die beiden Bobinenetreifen gelangen gemeinsam, und zwar übe»immder.liegend, mischen Bohrungsrollen, die die bei- den lobiaenetreifen fest gegeneinander fnken, ao daß der neu Bobinenstreifen. der Portbewegung den alten Bo-. bi»nsttNifen e folgen =es. Bei diesem WIoheiIlorg»g wird die BOW.ne fär dexi neuen Bobinenatreifen fest »hlagarÜg auf eine Drehgeeohwindigkeit entsprechend der iördergesohwindigkeit den Bobinenetreifene beoolüetr- nigt und die Zugkräfte, die dabei an Anfang des neuen Bo- bi,aenetreitens auftreten, sind entsprechend hoch. äine Aufgabe der -liegt darin, ein Verfahren der eingeags g@en@maten Art eo eassagestalten, dass beim Anlauf der neuen Bobinn Ubernäßige Zugkräfte vermeidbar sind. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekentu.eiobnet, dann der Streifen an einer in Zug1ahtnng beengten Fläche sehlupfend am* liegesä pneumatisch gehalten wird. Durch die pnenmatisohe Halterung liegt der Streifen unter 8eibungeaohluß an der bewegten Pläohe an. Durch den dabei zugelassenen Schlupf werden die Zugkräfte nach oben be- grenzt. Durch entsprechende Bemessung der pneumatisch be- wirkten Haftung kann der Schlupf auf einen zulässigen Wert eingestellt werden.- Die bewegte Fläche kann .zum Abziehen mit eich steigender Geschwindigkeit bewegt werden.- Einfacher ist es .jedoch, die bewegte PIäche beim ganzen Beachleunigevorgang mit r der Endgesohwindigkeit den Streifens kg bewegen. Der Strei- fen nimmt dann* während den Besehleunigangsvorgange® bei immer kleiner werdendem Schlupf zunehmend Geschwindigkeit auf, bis er die Endgeschwindigkeit erreioht. . Tfenn man den. abgezogenen und beschleunigten Bobiäen$treifen an das Ende eines-ablaufenden Bobinenstreifene anknüpfen will, dann empfiehlt es sich, den neuen Bobinenatreifen zunächst auf die .Geschwindigkeit des. ablaufenden Bobinen- strei.fens in der beschriebenen Weise zu beschleunigen und dann mit seinem Anfang 8m Ende des ablaufenden Bobinen- etreifens-zu verknüpfen. Der Anfang den neuen Bobinenstrei- fens kann zu diesem Zweck auf einer Bahn beschleunigt wer- den, die tangeutial in die Bahn des alten Bobinenetreifens mundet. Ist dien geschehen, dann kam man bei laufender neuen Bobinn diese gegen die leere alte aus taunahen, so dass nun die neue Bobinn die Stellung und Funktion der ab- gelaufenen alten einnimmt. Dieser Vorgang ist dann beliebig oft wiederholbar. . Besonders einfach tat dies zu bewerkstelligen, wo= man gemäss einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung den. neuen Bobinenetreifen auf einer Kreisbahn beschleunigt" und beide Bobinen mit gleichem radialen Abetaad vom DUttel- punkt dieser Kreisbahn lagert und die neue Bobinn auf einer zur Beaobleuaigwagebahn koaealen Kreisbahn in das Zager der alten Bobinn bringt. Eine Vorrichtung zur Ausübung den Verfahrene n»tider Br- Findung ist gekennzeichnet durch eine Bebinenlagerung und einen antreibbaren Pörderer mit einer eich mindestens teil- weise in der Bahn des abzuziehenden Bobinenstrei:tenoedee erstreckenden, in Abzugri ohtung bewegbaren, unter Saud.. luftwirkung setzbaren, perforierten Beaohleigungeflä.ahe. Die perforierte Beachlounigungefläahe kann däbei in an sich bekannter Weine en einem Baugluftetutzen vorbeibewegt wer- dang se dann dieser Stutzen aaugluft dusch die Perforation aaaaugt und dabei den auf der anderen Beite_der perforierten . Beßohleunigungsfl#che liegenden BobInerotreifen sehlupfend festhält. Vti,rd der Saugluftzug erhöht,. dann. wird der Schlupf verringert. Auf diese Weise kann der Schlupf sogar bei: Be:. trieb beeinflußt werden. Ran kann auch mehrere Saugluft=- stutzen oder Saugluftka®mern hintereinander anordnen, an denen die Beechieunigangefläohe.. nacheinander vorbeigeführt wird. Setzt man diese Kammern oder Saugluftetatzen in unter- schiedliche.m Maße unter Sog, dann ändert.sich der Schlupf Im Zuge dar Fortbewegung des Streifens gegenüber diesen Kammern baw. Stutzen. Vorteilhaft - ist eng, eine um eine-zur Bobinendrehachae aahaparallele Achse drehbar gelagerte Trommel, als Förderer mit einer perforierten Umfangsfläche als Beschleunignnge- fläche, an deren Innenseite eine Saugvorriehtung aneetzbar iat, vorzusehen.» Dar zu beschleunigende Bobinenstreifenanfang umschlingt dann bei _ Beschleunigung ein zunehmend größer wer- dendes Stück des Umfanges der Trommel und liegt dement- sprechend, wenn der betreffende ümfangebereieh unter Saug- luftwirkung steht, auf einem entsprechend zunehmend größer werdendem Stück unter der Urkung dieser Saugluft. Demzufolge ist auch die tatoäaMioh bewirkte Beoohleunigung sehr gering und ea brMOht vefitniemäasig lange Zeit und damit ein langes 1legetüok, um den Streifenanfang auf eine gewünschte Bnd- gesehwindigkeit zu beschleunigen» Dieses YlegetUok, also des Behnetüok, auf dem der Streifanmfang beschleunigt wird, kann bei Vorfahr-an und forrlohtungen nach der Brfindung im Rahmen der anfrage stehenden GrtSBQnordrmgen beliebig lang gerÜhlt werden, so dass =ah in dieser Hinsicht der Beecmeunigungmrgang den jeweiligen Umständen im Sinne der der Erfindung zugrunde liegenden Aufgabenstellung an- gspaest werden kann. Man könnte, aolange der neue Bobinenetreifen nicht benötigt wird, die Beechleunigungefläehe stili.etehen lassen und erst in Bewegung eetoen, wenn der neue Bobinenetreifen benötigt wird. Schaltmittel zum Ein- und Abschalten des An- trieben für die Beschleunigungsfläche wind dann entbehrlich.
