Schnitt gleiche geschnittene Scheiben ergibt.

Cutting table for glass panels The invention relates to a cutting table for glass panels with a slide which can be displaced in a guide rail and to which the ruler serving to guide the cutting tool is attached. In the known cutting tables, the carriage for fastening the ruler is not only designed to be displaceable, but also lockable so that the cuts perpendicular to the guide rail can be made along the ruler without the ruler having to be held. The ruler itself in turn carries a slide which is also designed to be displaceable and lockable. This carriage carries a stop against which the cutting tool is placed when cutting. If the slide carrying the ruler is fixed and the slide can be moved on the ruler, then the cross-sections for the guide rail can be made. For the longitudinal cuts, the slide is fixed on the ruler and the slide carrying the ruler is displaceable. However, these cutting tables still have the disadvantage that certain irregularities cannot be avoided when the cutting tool is applied. This has an effect in particular in cutting lines that do not run parallel, so that the cut slices do not have cutting lines that run parallel to one another and are not the same when the cut is repeated. fail. Shaft tolerances of a few hill meters cannot be avoided with this guiding of the cutting tool. In addition, 11: C, cJer f; e "depends on the shape of the used:; chneidwez # kzeut, e -, since:> can vary from case to case. The cutting table according to the invention tries to avoid this disadvantage The cutting table according to the invention for glass panels with a slide which can be moved in a guide rail and to which the ruler serving to guide the cutting tool is attached is characterized in that the cutting tool is optionally only available in two recordings, offset by 900 to form a guide, of a fixed part on the ruler. If, according to a further embodiment, the part of the cutter tool inserted into the guide of the carriage is resiliently attached and secured against removal, then a cutting table is available that guarantees parallel cutting lines and the same when repeated cuts cut slices results. The fuse-of the cutting tools According to the invention, s allows a stroke which enables the cutting tool to be used in the receptacles for cross and longitudinal cuts. In the rest state, according to a further embodiment, the cutting tool is lifted from the glass plate by a spring. Details and special configurations of the parts required for the invention can be found in the description and the subclaims. The cutting table according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 shows the cutting table in an overall view, FIG. 2 shows the slide of the ruler with inserted cutting tool (cut in the transverse direction to the ruler); Guide and the recordings for the cutting tool. In Figa 1 only the table top 15 is shown. The table frame and any tilting mechanism that may be provided is not important for the invention. Only the parts are shown, which ensure proper guidance of the cutting tool 1 for longitudinal and cross-cuts. The invention is based on the known cutting tables with a slide that can be displaced in a guide rail 13. 10, on which the ruler 5 serving to guide the cutting tool 1 is attached. A slide 6, which can be locked and displaced, is in turn attached to the ruler itself. This carriage carries the cutting tool 1, as will be shown below. The guide rail 13 and the ruler 5 carry graduations 17 and 18, which are related to the stops 19 of the cutting table. In the case of the cutting table according to FIG. 1, the guide rail 13 is also used as a stop. The glass plate 14 is to be inserted so that it rests against both stops. The fixing of the carriage 10 on the guide rail 13 is provided for the cross-section. The cutting tool 1 is guided along the slide 6 along the ruler 5. Since the cutting tool 1 always occupies the same position in relation to the ruler 5, the distance between the ruler 5 and the cutting tool 1 can be taken into account in the graduation 18. In the case of longitudinal cuts, the cutting tool 1 is inserted into the slide 6 rotated by 90 ° and the slide itself is fixed on the ruler 5. The A'L) position from the cutting tool to the reading edge of the slide can in turn be taken into account in the graduation 17. The slide 10 of the guide rail 13 is displaceable during the longitudinal cuts. The roller 20 on the side of the ruler facing away from the guide rail ensures good running movement of the ruler. So that the cut can be made over the entire glass pane 14, the guide rail 13 is extended beyond the table top 15. This extension 16 also serves as a rest position for the ruler so that when a new glass plate 14 is placed, the entire table top 15 is exposed. An embodiment of the slide 6 and the cutting tool 1 attached to it is shown with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4. However, it should be emphasized at the same time that this represents only one embodiment of the invention. In Fig. 2 a cross section to the ruler 5 is shown. The guidance of the slide 6 is only shown in FIG. The slide 6 has a receptacle 2 for a cutting tool 1, which is attached to a rotary knob 24. This rotary knob has a projection 9 which is inserted into the bore 2 of the carriage 6 and is held there by a fuse 20. The spring 7 introduced into the enlarged bore of the slide 6 exerts a pressure on the cutting tool 1 so that it is always lifted off the glass plate. This can already be seen from the fact that the glass cutter 23 is level with the lower edge of the ruler. There is still a small distance between the ruler 5 and the glass plate 14, which is guaranteed by the roller 20. The rotary knob 24 of the cutting tool 1 is pressed down during cutting. The guide pin 8 ensures that this movement is only permitted in two receptacles 3 and 4 of the slide 6. Since the two receptacles 3 and 4 are aligned with the guide 2, this ensures that the glass cutter 23 is set once parallel to the guide rail 13 or parallel to the ruler 5. This type of holding and guidance of the cutting tool does not make any demands on the operator with regard to exact handling of the cutting toolesa The cutting tool is always at hand, only needs to be brought into the appropriate cutting position and the required cutting pressure exerted. Since the guidance of the carriage 10 on the guide rail 13 and of the carriage 6 on the ruler 5 directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the cut slices, there is a: @chee that the carriages each -: reils over 4 air rollers 12, which can be set to 1arallell-uf via yxzen-ter 11 - can be heard. The; 3e rollers can = - preferably open The ball bearing base must be built up, so that - so that a calm L, -: uf the slide is achieved. These La`erun @ 1 -a nn the 3 and 4. As already mentioned, the Figo 2 Various embodiments for guiding, securing and receiving the cutting tool are possible for rip or cross cuts can without special requirements being placed on the operation.
