ergebenden Schwierigkeiten der Lagerschmierung bestehen die Lagerbüchsen aus Graphit."Circulating pump without a stuffing box, especially for central heating systems
with sliding bearing of the rotor. "The invention relates to a sbpfbuchsenlose
Circulation pump, especially for central heating systems with sliding bearings for the rotor
by means of a pin and socket. Circulating pumps are already known in which the diameter
the fixed axis or that of a shaft is decisive for the dimensioning of the bearing
is, which therefore have not inconsiderable sliding speeds, see for example
the USA patent 2 51ü 597. Here corresponds to the inner diameter of the bearing bushes
the outside diameter of the drive shaft,
and because of this
The bearing bushes are made of graphite due to difficulties in bearing lubrication.
This graphite is released from the bearings in the course of operation
and is used for lubrication.
Since in most cases a coherent lubricating film is not achieved, one is largely dependent on the lubricity of the graphite and the emergency running properties of the bearing material. Another difficulty is the impurity of the pumped heating water, which means that bearing damage occurs all too easily during operation.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bearing pin is conically pointed. It is particularly advantageous that the tip of this cone is supported under point contact against a preferably flat pressure plate. As a result, a pure point bearing for absorbing the axial load is combined with a radial bearing of the smallest diameter, which of course has the further advantage that the hager can be accommodated in the smallest of spaces.

The further development of the invention provides, among other things, that the bearing bushes for the journals of the bearing tips are movably inserted in the central hubs of the pump. This is particularly advantageous if assembly inaccuracies when setting up the system have to be compensated for so that the movable bearing bushes can yield to any tension in the pump. Due to the shortness of the bearings, it can be achieved that a certain amount of tension during the assembly of the
Fig. 2 shows an elastic seal 7 installed in front of the hager, which can be useful if the conveying medium carries many harmful additions with it, so that the bearing has to be protected. The storage space that remains free within the seal 7 can be filled with a lubricious medium 8. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the seal, which is designed in a manner similar to an EI collar, is fastened in the pump rotor shaft 1 and rests against the bearing bush 6 on the front side. If, according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the pin 3 itself is not to be used for radial mounting as in FIGS. 1 to 4, the pin can be used accordingly. be shortened. This is illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6. Here the pin 3 shows a slender cone tip 9, the conical surface of which is the running surface of the bearing. The bearing bush 6 in this case has a conical receptacle 9a at the same angle of inclination as the conical surface 9 and is open so that the cone tip of the rotor shaft 1 remains free. It protrudes into the bore 11 in the fixed part of the central hub 2. The length of the bearing rifle 6 is also kept as short as possible here. Compared to the fixed installation of the journal 3 in the rotor shaft shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which the axial spacing of the cone tips 9 from one another can be changed. For this purpose, the pin 3 of the cone tip is fixedly arranged on a sleeve 12. which leads in a bore 13 of the rotor shaft 1.
is set and this closes. Inclined bores 17 open into the longitudinal bore 15 of the rotor hub. The inclined bores 17 are used for a branched fluid circulation for the lubrication * of the two radial bearings. The hydraulic pressure. forming pump parts are denoted by 18. The medium enters the pump from the left in the direction of the arrow. The junction is illustrated by arrows 19, 20 and 21.
