Die Vorrichtung, welche den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet, stellt eine Gehrlade dar zum Einschneiden der Gehrungen an Thürfriesen, Thürverkleidungen u. dgl. Das Einschneiden derselben mufs, sollen die Stöfse gut zusammenpassen, mit grofser Genauigkeit und Achtsamkeit vorgenommen werden und erfordert grofse Geschicklichkeit gelernter Arbeiter. In die Führungseinschnitte ο der Lehren s wird nun eine bekannte, mit Marke für die Schnitltiefe versehene Säge eingesetzt und der entsprechende Einschnitt gemacht. Dieser ist bei allen vollständig gleich. Da die Zapfen der Fufs-, Kopf- und Füllungsfriese auf der Maschine angeschnitten und die Löcher in den Seitenfriesen nach genauen Lehren eingebohrt sind, so passen auch die Stöfse der Gehrungen genau auf einander. Damit ist auch noch der Vortheil verbunden, dafs der Zapfen auf die ganze Breite des Frieses angeschnitten ist und dadurch verhütet wird, dafs bei etwaigem Schwinden des Holzes an den Gehrungen ein durchgehender Spalt zum Vorschein kommt, wie es bei den von Hand gearbeiteten der Fall ist, bei denen der Zapfen durchgehends nicht die ganze Breite, sondern nur eine beschränkte einnimmt, wie bei Fig. 3 strichpunktirt angegeben ist.The miter box consists of the buckle / with the slidable thereon and b by screws festzustellenden teachings s.
