Das als wirksam gegen Moderfäule bekannte Salz ist Pentachlorphenol-Natrium. Wie bei der Bandage nach Patent 1255 910 ist auf eine wasserundurchlässige, biegsame Folie eine Schicht Imprägniersalze zur Behämpfung der B-Pilze, z. B. Chrom enthaltender Fluoride oder Bor-Fluoride, aufgebracht. Diese Salzschicht ist mit einer Zellglasfolie oder in ihrer Durchlässigkeit äquivalenten Membran überdeckt und auf diese eine zweite Salzschicht aus Kupfersulfat aufgebracht. Die zweite Salzschicht ist von einer zweiten gleichen Membran nach außen abgeschlossen, die Salzschicht ist zweckmäßig mit Harz oder Mineralöl zu einer Paste verarbeitet.
